Finding Sweetness in a Sugar Free Life, Chapter 2
by mothra3 | Jan 31 '06
The next breathtakingly exciting episode in our quest for the Holy Grail...of health food. Oh, who am I kidding? The breathholdingly boring lecture on...what???

Sugar Free Candida Diet (Reply to this comment)
by tigeropal
Hello,
i found this article quiet interesting as I am currently on a sugar and yeast free diet to beat systemic candida.
I found that Hildegaard Spelt flour is excellent for making your own homemade brown soda bread, you can substitute your buttermilk with goats milk and a spponful of organic natural yogurt for even less allergy reactive ingredients.

Excellent series of articles. Kind of depressing. LOL.
I lost 35 pounds the first 18 months in Chile. Various causes, but diet was certainly one of them. Lots of tomatoes, not a lot of ketchup. That really sticks out. I also drank a lot less Coke.
Anyway, thanks for the info.
