We purchased the 10" memory foam mattress last year and loved it at first. It relieved our aches and pains and we slept better than we had in a long time. After time, however, it was no longer working for us (my husband's back aches were returning). It had been 11 months since our purchase, so we weren't sure if trying to return it would work. We were happily surprised when I called Kristina and she very kindly gave me instructions to find a charity to donate the mattress to so that she could refund our money. A few days later, I gave her the contact information for the charity we donated the mattress to, and within 2 hours she verified our donation and refunded our credit card. My husband and I were both shocked how wonderful and easy the return was!
