I had a great experience shopping at Healthy Foundations. I purchased the 13" Luxe Memory Foam mattress from them and it was great! My order arrived even before it's expected date and was very well packaged. The mattress was great and very comfortable. Unfortunately my husband had a hard time adjusting to a memory foam mattress and I had to call back to arrange for a return. Otherwise I would have loved to keep the mattress - it was very comfortable. I spoke with Christina Banks at ext. #2 and she greatly facilitated the return process. She was as helpful, friendly and curteous as she had been when I had called the previous month to place the order. This is an amazing company with excellent customer service. I must say that all these great reviews are 100% correct! This is by far one of the best shopping experiences I have had. Another great thing about this company is that they do not ask you to ship the mattress back to them so they can resell it. They ask you to donate it to charity. I find this AMAZING and very humanitarian. I was able to find a charity that gladly accepted this excellent mattress and upon verification of the donation was refunded my full amount (minus the previously agreed amount of $75 for shipping charges). Nowadays, it is very difficult to find such a great company with such great service and customer dedication. I would not hesitate to purchase from them ever again. As a matter of fact I am planning on purchasing another mattress from them once we get a bigger place and I have a guest room. I hope this review helps others checking out Healthy Foundations and their great products. These reviews certainly had a great impact in my decision to purchase from this company and I am extremely glad I did. If you are borderline undecided please give them a try, I am sure you will be pleased and you definetly have nothing to loose. They stand behind their word and what is advertised in their website is TRUTHFULL. - Mary D.
