Good product range and very good prices for vitamins & supplements. Using the code VOL776 at the checkout, I also got $5 off my first order.
Items were shipped the same day, and I couldn't be happier with the service I received.
Here in the UK, I have tried several other suppliers of supplements, such as Holland & Barrett, Simply Supplements, Healthy Direct, Healthspan, etc. However, I now make most of my purchases from iHerb in the US. Their product range far surpasses what the UK suppliers have to offer, usually at a better price too. Shipping took around five working days, and only cost $4.
One thing to bear in mind when buying in the UK is to limit the order size to £18, otherwise there will be charges from the post office & customs to pay. At current exchange rates, this equates to around $30.
I’ve not really had any problems yet, so can’t say how good the customer service is when things go wrong. However, so far every order I have placed has gone smoothly.
I guess that the only downside to having such a wide product range is that it’s sometimes hard to decide which brand or product to buy. However, there is plenty of customer feedback available for each product on the site, which is very useful.
Anyhow, I’d recommend you give iHerb a try, and don’t forget to use the $5 off your first order voucher (using code VOL776).
