Delivery speed = atrocious. Customer Care = deceptive. Refund = i had to do more work than they (ever) did. I placed an order on August 23rd. I paid for 2-day shipping.I received an email 5 days later saying my order had shipped and wouldn't arrive until the following Monday. Calculation = 8 days. I paid for two-day. I called. They said they cared...but couldn't do anything about it. What? They said they'd take off the 2-day shipping charge. But I ordered it 2-day because, well, I needed the order in 2-days. They say they attempted to have it delivered by that Saturday, August 29 (still a full 4 days late) and it never came. Until Monday, August 31. Way late & now the prints are unnecessary. Yet, in order to receive a refund I am supposed to mail the prints back to them. Why do I need to put in more time/effort than i already have in order to receive a refund? Note to everyone: I paid via debit card. Should've paid via credit card and then cancelled the payment with amex. now i'm screwed out of time/money/pictures. EZPrints was anything but. The Customer Care representative said she would call me the following day to assure my worries were for not, yet she never called or emailed (and still has never called back or emailed though i've tried to correspond several times). I am not sure how long they've been in business -- maybe they're brand new and these are rookie mistakes -- or they're so big/bad that they don't care about the customer anymore. Either way, I'm done with EZ Prints. Anyone have a better online source for printing photographs?
