Frontpoint ROCKS!!!

Pros: easy to setup, works great customer service is in the US (new york actually)
Cons: i wish it was cheaper, but then Im cheap and $39/mo
The Bottom Line: if you want an alarm system this is the one to get you will not be sorry,

OK so I used to travel a lot and my wife wanted to be sure that we had an alarm for the house while I was away. My in laws have Brinks and I know people with ADT. I never heard any of them say they really liked the service, usually just complained about the setup costs and the people who came to do the initial work, and when there was a problem with it that the customer support was rude. Well I went with Frontpoint based on that. The boxes showed up quickly (the video camera packaged looked cheap) I followed the instructions (un tape a sensor and stick it somewhere, then plug in the main base, that is it) The video monitoring was a little trickier because of my firewalls, but again I followed the instructions and that worked. I then called frontpoint and thy verified that I was all set. I played with it, showing videos of my kids on the iphone stuff like that, I enjoyed watching them get there bed time stories when I was on the road. But then one day I had a fire, yep a real fire and we all went out side the fire department was at my house within 5 minutes, Front point started calling me right away and emailing and texting etc. well once the fire was over I called the insurance company and they wanted proof of the fire so I just emailed them the video, case closed. Wonderfull system, service and worth the price, I would like it evenmore if I could turn my heat down or turn off the lights as some customers have figured out how to do with it.
