**Caveat Emptor** Atrocious Return Policy.

I received a defective item which The Twister Group refused to provide a full refund for. Not only did they state “There will be no 100% refund…”, but it would also definitely “…not be immediate.” Furthermore, they suggested I “take it up directly with the manufacturer…” or follow their policy and they would graciously get back to me in a few days. How’s that for customer service award of the year?
This place is cheap, but they have an atrocious return policy. This rinky-dink internet store validates ripping off customers because their posted policy clearly states you will be ripped off if you are unsatisfied with your purchase. Caveat emptor indeed. If you don’t believe it, check their policy yourself. Ask yourself do I really want to shop here?
Need I continue? Pray you receive exactly what you order and in working condition. Because if you’re not satisfied with your purchase, quite frankly, you’re hosed.
The following is my favorite quote from another unsatisfied customer on another site. “The Twister Group, as best as I can tell, is one guy who runs this business out of his garage. He is just processing orders and he has no return options, and he is rude as hell.”
