Towerrecords.com tries - and succeeds - in presenting itself as 'in control' of the movies and music industry as a retailer. They carry hard to find items, and also sell used cd's and other items to their customers. I have purchased both new and used items from Tower Records.com, and all have been in perfect working order, each and every time.
With this 'high-class' image does come 'high-price' items, however. They do have some items that are cheaper than others - but you do have to make sure that the item you want, you are getting the best price. Other online retailers, such as buy.com, do provide cheaper prices, and lower shipping options. But sometimes, people want excellent customer service, and a fast, easy, and understandable check out option. These are what you will get from Towerrecords.com - but again, for the higher price.
They do provide fast shipping, and all my purchases have been receievd exactly when they told me they would be arriving. Their order notification service is top of the line.
Everything about Towerrecords.com makes you know that they are going to get your order to you fast, secure, and not make mistakes (like shipping you the wrong item). Just don't forget about the extra $$$ you may be forking out to them.
