Ticket Web Online Ticket Service is reliable!

Ticketweb.com offers an easy way to order tickets online for a lot of major events. Though the events are limited to plays, some concerts, festivals and things along that line.
The Downside
Ticket Web Online Ticket Service is great if you are looking for plays but as far as my NASCAR tickets they don’t seem to carry them.
They seem to have a limit on what type of tickets are available through them.
The Upside
They do provide maps printable from the Internet on how to get there and the dates that they are available.

Their Web Page is found at http://www.ticketweb.com/.
The web page starts out with a search engine to the left, you can select a region or below it a keyword. Below the search engine they list the featured events.
To the right you have the Client Spotlight which is a listing of several events.
If you click on the top of their web site to search it will give you a more advanced search and ask for the region, search for keywords, date range and sort by date or relevance.
Their web site is easy to understand and navigate.

Ticket Web Online Ticket Service has been around since 1995 and cover more than 500 clients. They have been around for awhile so they will probably be here tomorrow. They cover mainly plays, modern art festivals, Jazz and more.
The Prices
The prices listed do not include their fee!
On my last order of 4 tickets of $12.00 each came to a total of $ 56.46, which included their fee. That is a service charge of $8.46 for the four tickets.
Payment
Payment is made using one of the following credit cards, Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover.
Service
Their service was good, I ordered the tickets with a Visa card online, then I picked up the tickets at the Convention Center Box Office two days later without any problems.
Privacy
They will not give or sell your information to anyone. They respect your privacy and appreciate your business.
Overall
I have used them only one time and had no problem with my credit card and picking up the tickets at the location.
Would I recommend them? YES they do deliver what they promise and do not hide any charges, they are up front with everything.
