Remember junior and senior high school days? How about those hormone popping pre-teen times? I certainly do… and I also remember the important role that clothing played. Argue if you must but I honestly feel that the bottom line shows a stylish kid has fewer challenges with his/her social status. Don’t misunderstand me, I am fully aware that it is what is on the inside that matters and persona is the ultimate. But I don’t want my children to have to get past the outside obstacles in order to let the inside shine forth. Now then… understanding this I will share with you a store that is kid tested and mom approved.

I adore celebrating the innate differences in children and considering that I work with them daily that is a good quality to possess. Within our home you will find an ideal example of diverse learning styles. To accompany this uniqueness, each of our girls maintains her ‘own’ style. Add to this the spirited traits and it becomes easier to accept that both girlies have strong opinions with regard to what they’ll wear. Thus meaning that they usually have a pre-shopping idea of what they do/don’t want. Online shopping is one of my favorite methods for purchasing items, and I think my family is starting to understand why.
If you are familiar with Limited Too, you will find a majority of the merchandise at the online store that you’ve seen in the brick & mortar front. The label name compares – in this region – with clothing by The Gap, Old Navy, Abercrombie & Fitch, Nordstrom and select others. However for my 12-year-old, this store is IT! Meaning that this is the store she wants her wardrobe from. One of my ‘secrets’ is to have Chelsea show me her favorite outfit ‘looks’ and then I know what to watch for sales on. This also helps me when shopping auctions at eBay. There are times that we pay full price, and considering the quality of the merchandise I am okay with this.
