Pros: Built in AGP graphics, IDE controller, Sound Card, I/O, Parallel Ports
Cons: Built-in sound card, not good, for loud music lovers. No separate AGP slot.
The Bottom Line: It comes ready to easily accept, separately purchased, memory, processor, hard drives, CD-DVD roms, floppy drives, keyboards, mouse, and USB devices.

The SuperMicro PIII SED motherboard comes ready to easily accept, separately purchased, memory (168 pin SDRAM PC133 DIMM modules),a Pentium III SECC II packaged Intel 450mhz-100mhz processor, hard drives, CD-DVD roms, floppy drives, keyboards, mouse, and USB devices. Once all of these are integrated into a custom color case, with power supply,such as one purchased here, http://www.colorcase.com/midtowercases.html , you have yourself a superb computer system!!!
The motherboard supports "Suspend to Ram" which saves your existing open programs and work into memory, then shuts down, supplying only a tiny minute amount of power to the DIMM memory modules. Upon awakening with the tap of the spacebar on the keyboard, all of your programs and work are right back on your computer screen, at your fingertips, right where you left/dozed off. :)
This Super Micro PIII SED motherboard features the Intel 810 chipset. The built in IDE controller supports ATA 66 speeds. The built in, Intel AGP graphics controller chip works great & flawlessly. DVD movies work very well with this system. The built-in stereo sound chip is good and plays your downloaded Mp3 Music files wonderfully when connected to your home stereo, however at high listening levels, there is some background "noise or static". A separate PCI sound card should be installed for those who like to listen to loud music connected to a home amplifier system.
Overall, I would highly recommend this motherboard.
