I had made my decision to purchase the Bowflex Ultimate unit. I called to place the order and the first thing the sales rep does is start questioning you, trying to talk you into the higher priced machine. Since I had already decided to get that one, it wasn't a problem. She told me there was a 4-5 week delivery time, which would have made delivery while I was on vacation. I asked to have it delayed until I returned. It actually showed up in two weeks, well packaged and in perfect condition.
