Pros: makes data entry so much easier, same size as handheld, portable, quiet keyboard
Cons: awkward plugs makes it so that my handspring doesn't 'lock' into the synchronizer anymore
The Bottom Line: Most people would enjoy and use their PDAs a lot more if they had this.

I bought this thing a couple months ago and absolutely love it. I use my Handspring so much more now as data entry is just as simple as sitting in front of my computer.
The keyboard is nice and very quiet and folds down to the exact same size as the PDA itself.
The keyboard has quick access buttons to the calendar, contacts, tasks and notes.
To use this thing you just unfold it, slide the keyboard together, pull the docking port out of the top of it and lock your PDA into it. It holds your PDA up so that you can still view the screen while typing.
The keyboard itself is quite flexible so you need to put the unit on a flat surface in order to type into it - just sitting it on your lap in the car isn't possible without a book or magazine or something for it to sit on.
I also bought the case that holds both my PDA and my keyboard in separate compartments, very happy with that too.
