Pros: High style, color screen, FM radio, speakerphone, polyphonic ring tones
Cons: Keypad, voice quality, signal quality, proprietary headset connector, no Bluetooth
The Bottom Line: Acceptable if you want a small, fashionable phone with a color screen and polyphonic ringers, are prepared to replace it in a year, and voice/signal quality isn't a big factor.

| markehr's Full Review: Nokia 7210 GSM / EGSM Cellular Phone |
I had the 7210 for about a month as a demo phone that I received from Nokia (I participate in their developer programs and get loaner phones from time to time).
I was excited to receive the phone -- color display, FM radio, and the fashion aspects of the phone are very compelling, and the size is great. After a month living with the phone, I can honestly say that this is not a phone that I would keep, for a variety of reasons.
Upsides
The size and weight is great; I used the small Nokia case that sits horizontally on your belt, and it feels like a very small pager. The color screen is nice, but not great, and the FM stereo is a neat feature, but clearly not a major reason to buy the phone. Menus were easy to use and intuitive, and the polyphonic ring tones are fun. The phone also can run Java programs, which is a nice plus for game and corporate users. Battery life was acceptable.
Negatives
The size is just too small; it is hard to hold, and you have to unsnap the case and fumble the phone out in order to answer a call, which caused me to drop it several times. It also is not built very well, and feels like a cheap piece of plastic; I don't have a good feeling about its long-term reliability. Voice and signal quality are both sub-par, probably due to the form factor (small speaker and internal antenna). The phone has a proprietary headset connector, which is not even compatible with other Nokia phones, and you have to have the headset in order to use the FM radio. The final nail in the coffin for me is that the phone does not have Bluetooth, and I could never get the infrared sync to work properly. The keypad, while stylish, is very difficult to use.
