Beware - Priceline does not deliver

You can get great deals here but BEWARE, if the reservation is incorrect, they will NOT honor what they agreed to deliver.
When I arrived at my hotel, the reservation was incorrect. There were supposed to be two rooms reserved (that's what I paid for) but there was only one - with only one bed! We couldn't even share the same room. We had no choice but to change our plans.
Even though the hotel backs me up on my story, priceline.com refuses to give me a refund.
USE PRICELINE.COM AT YOUR OWN RISK! THEY FEEL THEY HAVE NO OBLIGATION TO DELIVER. I WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN.
Update to review (5/16/03):
I was able to get priceline's support to finally respond in a positive way. I called the hotel and the manager agreed to support me in my claim. When she reviewed the situation, she found that the desk agent was not able to find my second reservation because it wasn't under my name. It was under the name of my traveling companion. I thought we had her try that name but in the confusion we must not have. I had all my paperwork from priceline but the confirmation numbers that are supplied are not the Hotel's confirmation #, they are priceline's internal numbers so they didn't help. I called Priceline on the spot but there is no way to speak with a live person. If we had been able to get assistance, they probably could have given us enough information to find the reservation at the hotel.
It took several phone calls and emails but finally, the hotel spoke with Priceline and agreed to refund Priceline so they in turn agreed to give me a refund.
I appreciate that Priceline did the right thing in the end. However, the experience has left a bad taste in my mouth. I will use extreme caution IF I ever decide to use them again.
