I inadvertently typed in the wrong month for the expiration date of my card on the online order form, so it was declined. I was very pleased with the customer service response at ePhotoCraft who helped me figure out what was wrong. Got the shipment on time and have a very pleased husband.

Excellent place to do business. Emails were answered quickly. Merchant price matched, answered my questions, let me know when the item was shipped, and provided a tracking number. Merchant did not pressure me to purchase additional warranty or accessories as some other merchants tried to. Five star company in my opinion.

Excellent service. I ordered my Canon Digital with several accessories on a Thursday at approx. 3:30 p.m. EST. My order was packed and ready to be shipped with a UPS tracking number within about 30 minutes. It arrived on the following Tuesday in perfect condition. I will definitely be shopping at E-photocraft for future photo needs!
