You use a huge amount of minutes a month and you do not need many extra services.
If you worry about nights or weekend...

Cons: Rarely puts a call through and hangs up for no reason.

Cons: NO HUMAN CUSTOMER SERVICE, MUST PAY TO VIEW WEBSITES

I AM ACTUALLY A SAN DIEGO, CA RESIDENT, BUT THIS IS GENERAL CRICKET INFO EVERYONE SHOULD BE AWARE OF:I JUST TRIED TO LOG ON TO YAHOO HOMEPAGE AND MYSPACE FROM MY CRICKET PHONE. IT GAVE ME AN ERROR MESSAGE:HTTP ERROR:403 FORBIDDEN.I CALLED AND ACTUALLY GOT A HUMAN (VIA TECH SUPPORT OPTION) TO EXPLAIN THIS. GUESS WHAT - ANY WEB SITE THAT GIVES YOU THIS MESSAGE IS NOT IN THE CRICKET "WEB WALL" OR SOME BULLSHYT (WHICH IS DAMN NEAR EVERY WEBSITE), AND THE ONLY WAY TO VIEW THESE SITES IS TO ADD FUNDS TO THE "FLEX BUCKET" AND PAY A FEE EVERY TIME YOU WANT TO VIEW ONE OF THESE PAGES, ON TOP OF THE $50 UNLIMITED ACCESS PLAN!THINKING OF DOWNGRADING YOUR PLAN...THERE'S A $15 FEE TO THAT, TOO! GOOD LUCK WITH CRICKET,THINK I'M GOIN BACK TO SPRINT.

Worst possible call-in assistance. You cannot get anything but pre-recorded messages and tips for "using your Cricket service." BS. This is just an effort to get you to go into a Cricket store and buy new phones. Poor . . . Poor service and performance.
