| brownlys's Full Review: Nokia 7110 GSM Cellular Phone |
I warn you, this phone is addictive.
It's a normal evening down the pub, idle chatting, and then my boyfriend whips out his new mobile, "Look what I bought!" and he presses the little button and Whoosh! the cover pings back. "ooooooh", there was a gasp of amazement among the fellow drinkers. Unfortunatley that was the end of talk that night as everyone had to have their go at "whooshing" the cover. And then another go, and then another, just for good measure.
I warn you. This phone is addictive.
Apart from it's obvious talent. It's not a bad phone. Pricey, but you get a lot for it.
Firstly there's the updated Worm game. Very important. very nice touches on the new game, a lot more fun than the old one.
Secondly, there;s the over-rated WAP capabilities. Kinda handy for cinema listings and you can check your email can't wait to get to a computer, but it is entirely graphics based, and I don't think will ever challenge the full size screen of a pc.
Saying that, the screen is HUGE, a great thing in my opinion, and it has an enormous memory. In fact most of the things about this phone are pretty massive, but not the phone itself. I think that it's a nice size, not stupidly small like the more expensive Nokias, and lighter than the 3210 because it has a smaller, lighter battery. With a longer life. This phone has just about everything that any other phone you can think of has. In fact, I want this phone, I may go steal my boyfriends right now...
