ES QUALITY AT HALF THE PRICE

Jan 13 '00

Last month i went into a tweeters and dropped six thousand dollars on a hdtv and some klipsch speakers. But there was a problem, i needed a new dolby digital and dts receiver. They had plenty of choices and i chose the sony strdb930. This rec is basically an Es series without the price tag. Tweeters had this baby for sale for 599.00. After spending mucho cash i checked the web and bought this rec from one call for 481.00 delivered. This could be one of the best buys yet. The sony has every option known to man, the only problem with it is that you have to study the instuction manual for a little bit. The rec does anything you ask it to with its two way remote, which is a cool little piece of equipment. This receiver has all of the inputs and outputs that you would expect from a high end unit. It has 110 watts per channel{i know that really does'nt mean that much becuase the average person does'nt move the volune dial past one half ever!}, and component 5:1 inputs, and dolby digital and dts built in. It also has all of the different sound processing that you would be familiar with, with a few more that goes beyond. If a mid priced receiver is what your looking for that does basically everything that you will ever do with a receiver, than this is the unit for you. ES QUALITY, GREAT PRICE, GREAT FEATURES, LOOKS GREAT, DOES IT ALL!!!!!
