I have always been pleased

Pros: free calling, customer service

Cons: quality of digital phones, the phone heats up after talking for 1 hour

When my husband decided we should have a cell phone he searched around and found Cellular One to have the best plan. We received our phone from them and were pleased. We began to have problems with the phone itself. They ended up replacing the digital phone 3 times and finally gave us an analog that has worked great. The plan we have lets us call our family members up to 150 miles away and it is only $21.99 a month. In addition to that we have free calling privileges on weeknights after 7:00 p.m. and all weekend long. It is really great. The only complaint I would have is the quality of the phone they gave us originally.
