denon car audio

i heard that denon qiut making car audio, i used to work at a denon dealer. they are now making strictly home audio and commercial audio products. although they are doing that, if you can somehow get your hands on one i would recommend doing so.
i owned a 1995 model dct-950r, the top of the line that year. i just sold it 3 months ago to upgrade to eclipse. it was one of the best decks i have ever seen and heard. also it had one of the strongest lasers i have ever seen, my friends and i found a cd that other decks would not play and mine played it just fine.
the things i loved about it is that it was so easy to use, unless you did not read the owners manual and tried to figure out everything by yourself. the display was easy to read, except when the sun was directly on it. it was not to bright, it was backlit with a green color.
the thing had rds (radio data systems) that only works around populated areas. you can have it pick up only certain types of music that you like, and it will only pull in those stations. like i said it doesnt work everywhere. also it had many functions that i did not use, i didnt have a changer or an eq. then the volume control was quite touchy because it was dropped and the contacts were a little out of place, it just took a little time to get used to not pressing so hard.
it had an internal amp so you dont have to buy a seperate one, it was 25x4.
if i had to buy it over again i would in a heart beat. i suggest anyone looking for a deck to try to locate a denon and take the opportunity before it passes.
