Music To The Ears
Dec 16 '99
When I was into fast and nice cars years ago. I got me the car and I went hunting for a good stereo system for it, I did alot of looking and got alot of advice, first I got a Kenwood for around 250 dollars, I didn't Care for it, I took it back and went to a place in Missula, Montana they had a great stereo selection and a awesome insulated room for listening to different car stereos, In 94 thats when I got my Sony XR-U500/ with Cassette and remote. It was just what I was looking for In a car stereo, Detachable front panel, Caution Alarm, 2 color illumination, digital clock, Built in amp 4 channel x 25W, Best tuning memory, Intro scan, Blank skip, Repeat play, Visual/vidio, Complete CD control selections.. I had a tv and VCR in my car because I was always on the road .. and with this Stereo my Tv would show the songs on my CD that was playing in my CD changer in the trunk. I had It controling my Tv and CD changer. in 94 this stereo was top of the line and i still am happy with it, I had no problems with it at all. I love it, I would love it more if I still had my 280z though. It play's clear music no static.. less than 1% distortion at 9 watts 4 ohms 4 channels driven from 20 Hz to 20 kHz.. dimentions 7 1/4 x 2 1/4 x 6 3/4 w/h/d.. Just so many more features to list.. This is outdated But I am sure Sony is putting out better products still.
