| Mistiza's Full Review: Sprint Mobile Phone Service in St Louis |
I've been a Sprint PCS customer for 5 months and can't stop recommending it to my friends. I did some intense research on several cell phone services, including ALL-TEL, SUNCOM, GTE, and others. Of course, you must take the time to see what plan is best for you. Sprint ended up being the best service for my lifestyle. I started with the 29.99 plan, and bought the voice activated Samsung 8500. The 1 year agreement allowed me to get two free options. I chose free long distance and added off-peak minutes. I couldn't stop talking on it! Luckily, I was able to track my usage and pay my bill online. When I went over my allotted minutes, a quick phone call and I had my plan upgraded to 49.99(without a service charge for the change). I can switch my plan as many times as I want and change my free options, too!
I have since added a new phone to my account. Now my mother shares my minutes. I bought a phone for her through Sprint PCS because of a discount special on phones that Sprint emailed to their customers. To my surprise, the rep applied their holiday plan and now I get 500 anytime minutes, free long distance and 1500 - yes, 1500 off peak minutes for 49.99! It cost an extra 10 bucks to add my mom's phone, but she shares my plan.
I am very happy with the service, online access, clarity, and price. The specials offered to customers are a bonus. Once in a while I'll have a call drop, but it's not noticeable enough for me to complain. Try Sprint PCS... you'll love the flexibility.
