We received the Hughes Satellite for Christmas from our kids. It was a wonderful gift and we really are enjoying it alot. Our reception is great and have had very few problems. Installing it was fairly easy for us .

The installation took us a Sunday afternoon but that was from reading what we needed to do and putting the dish up itself which came in just perfect first time with no adjustments needed we were amazed.

We decided on the $29.99 package for now which seems to be sufficient for our needs and we can watch what is being watch by our kid. Also we figure that for $2.99 we can afford to watch a movie when we want instead of having all kinds of movie channels that you can not ever watch them all.

So for our money we are pleased with the Hughes System. But will keep you informed if anything changes my mind.
