| twwilliams's Full Review: Sony KV-32XBR200 |
Our old TV was starting to go fuzzy in the corners when we decided to splurge and get a good TV.
This one isn't just good: it's great.
Our television feed comes from our DirecTV system, so it's very clear. I find myself watching an amazingly random selection of shows, not worrying about the content. I just watch for the great images.
And it's flat. Really flat. Think that isn't important? Maybe not, if you have a room with no windows or always sit directly in front of the screen. Even in that situation, the flat screen is an advantage. But move the set into a real den or family room, and you'll be amazed.
There are component video inputs for the DVD player, S-Video for other components, and a nice remote that can control other Sony components, such as a DSS receiver.
I really haven't tried the built-in sound since we run the audio through a Dolby Digital receiver and 6-speaker surround system.
Highly recommended.
