there would be no charge. The guy came out and checked it out and said your right the box is broke. and called and said he had replaced the box. I got the bill and they charged me 150 dollars I called and complained and they said they would refund the 70 dollars for the service call and then they turned my programing off for non payment I called them
back and they said they made a mistake but couldnt turne the programming back on till they recieved the 20 dollar difference that was due 2 days ago
