Pros: Good Customer Service, Quick responses, 30 days or less on closing your loan.
Cons: Having to pay money upfront to lock in a rate. Deon Dwyer.

Pros: The notary came to our house to close.
Being able to view documents online.
Cons: Pretty much everything else.
