I hardly was sick!!

Jun 07 '00

I can't really say I had horrible morning sickness, or night sickness, or afternoon sickness, I have had 2 kids, and the only time I was sick was when I just learned I was pregnant(probably a mental thing) or whenever I went for long car rides, sometimes I would feel sick, just by smelling certain things, but never really puked.

I think my main thing was, I kept crackers, and pretzels by my bedside, and the first thing in the morning before I would even get out of bed, I would eat one or the other.

Even when I left to go out, my purse was filled with them.

I know for me the worse feeling in the word is to feel like you have to puke, so I recommend carrying anything salty with you, laying down whenever possible, sleep always helps, and if this don't help, try talking to your doctor about your prenatal vitamins, with my second child they made me sick.

Just remember, usually morning sickness doesn't last very long, and very soon you will have a baby, and don't think that will be the last of the puke, because after the you have the baby you will be puked on, and cleaning up puke for a long time!!
