DO NOT BUY from bestpriceATVS.com
I recently decided to buy my son a 4wheeler for Christmas. I began my online search and found a website that offered reasonable prices and outstanding customer service. I really wanted to see the product before buying it instead of just seeing a photo on a website, so I checked to see if they had a warehouse and indeed they did and it was in the same town I was in. I went there and decided to place an order online the following Monday. That night I received an email saying that their mailbox was full, so I called the next morning to verify that they'd received it. They had, and I was told my order would be shipped at the end of the week and that the item was in stock. On Friday, I wanted to check the status and see if it was being shipped yet, I called and was transferred to a 'full mailbox' on at least 3 different occasions. I was told to call back later, so I did. I made atleast 12 phone calls, the girl answering the phone was rude and of no help, I was either placed on hold for over 10 minutes at a time, transferred to full mailboxes or hung up on. I called back and was transferred to some man in Florida who claimed to be the owner's father. He assured me that if I went in the next day and spoke with TERRY, that he would handle the matter. So on the next morning, I went back to the warehouse and asked if Terry was in, after 3 separate people went in his office to tell him that someone wanted to speak with him, he finally came out... told me he was busy, gets 200 calls a day and doesn't have time to deal with me, so hurry up. At that point he didnt even know why I was there. I told him I had come in to check the status of an order, but if this was how he handled customer service, I wanted to cancel the order. He said.."I sell 200 a day and lose ONE, big deal". Another person in the warehouse who was returning a part, came over to me to say he'd been treated the same way when he came to buy something, so he'd bought elsewhere. The owner came back out and laughed, told me that if I ordered online from anyone else, they'd get it from him, so he'd still get my business. I told him I was going to file a complaint with the BBB and his response was that he didnt really care, because no money had been exchanged yet. I did file that complaint with the local BBB but I want others to be aware of how this man gives "100% customer satisfaction" (according to his website anyway). I can't say whether the product is any good because I never got it, but I do hope that anyone who is looking for an ATV doesn't buy it from a company that treats people like that. Rude doesn't even begin to describe this man. So... DO NOT BUY ANYTHING from bestpriceATVS.com out of Dallas, Texas.

Just a little update on this company. I canceled that order on Saturday with the company owner and in person. Today (Monday) they tried to run my credit card anyway. I really hope no one out there had any dealings with this man. |

Best Price ATVs
Can you tell me what company you went thru to get your son's four wheeler? I am having the same problem... I ordered on November 16 and was told it was in stock and I would have it by December 1. Since the 1st I haven't been able to get through to check on the status.
This is my son's only wish from Santa so I have to have one in time...

Bestpriceatvs.com sucks!
I'm right there with you! I can hardly ever get through on the phone & I live in Florida! I did after several attempts get a hold of a woman named Carol who was far more helpful than anyone else and even she hasn't gotten the info for me! I am so frustrated! I paid for expedited shipping on 2 atv's. A total order of over $1200 and I can't even get an order status! It's rediculous that this has been going on since 11/27/06! My card has not yet been charged but, I don't know where else to go or even how to cancel the order since just getting in touch with anyone is nearly impossible. I have spent 3 hours just today going back and forth with them! If anyone has suggestions please, let me know! |

I placed my order via phone to David @ ext. 104 on November 16, around 10 a.m. I picked a color that he told me was in stock and so he said it would ship by Thanksgiving and be to me by December 1. My card hasn't been charged and I did talk to David today, after several days of getting nothing but a busy signal. He thinks the reason my order didn't process is because they are out of the color I chose. What sense does that make when he told me it was available and that's why I chose it??? So I got mad and he said they only do things via paper and blah blah blah. He couldn't guarantee me that it would ship or when... even after I chose a different color that he said is "always" available. He then went on to contradict himself several different times, so after I found the West Coast Products website I called bestpriceatv's back and cancelled my order. I also contacted my credit card company in case bestpriceatv's tries to charge me even though I cancelled my order.
I never could get through on the 866 number but after doing some internet searching I found this number 972-620-2699 and was able to get through on it without any problem. |

I ended up buying my son's 4wheeler from motorxtremes.com they were extremely helpful and sent an email confirmation when they processed the order and will also email a tracking number. Like I said in the previous post, bestpriceatvs tried charging me even after I cancelled it in person. And it was the owner himself who was so rude. The only problem with motorxtremes.com is that they got a lot of snow last week and it put them behind on shipping, but they have been extremely nice and I haven't had any trouble getting through to them. GOOD LUCK |

Just wanted to share some good news after the week of hell I had last week dealing with bestpriceatvs. I placed my order with West coast Products on Thursday... the 4 wheeler shipped Friday and I just tracked it and it will be delivered to my home tomorrow. I am just amazed and so thrilled. West Coast is in LA and I'm in the middle of nowhere in Missouri. |

Problems with bestpriceatv
I am beginning to feel taken. I bought TWO electric atv's for twin 5 year olds, with a total of over $1000 in late October. I received them a couple of weeks later. First, one of the tires was flat and I had to take it to a shop for fix. $35 & some snickers later, I had it fixed. After riding one of them for less than 15 minutes, it stopped working. After doing some trouble-shooting of my own, I determined that because the batter guage showed fully charged and the headlight/horn still worked that it was something in the throttle. After a day or so of calling & leaving messages (yes, with that same RUDE phone operator), my wife finally talked with someone in service who sent us a replacement throttle (yes, expecting me to get into all of the electronics...). Bottom line, I just replaced it and it still did not work. I just checked the website before calling, and now, they don't even have electric 4 wheelers listed anymore. I've tried calling them only to receive a busy signal. This is not a good sign. This is very frustrating. My boy is heartbroken. I am in North Carolina. |

bestpriceatvs should be boycotted
i ordered an atv from bestpriceatvs on 12/03 and was promised it would be shipped that week. i have not received it, it has not been shipped, and i cannot reach the company. i would encourage anyone not to do business with these people. apparently other people have had problems as well. i would encourage anyone who is looking for an atv for their child, or in my case grandchild,to buy one anywhere else even if you have to pay more. |

Thanks for posting. I was beginning to wonder if anyone else was having trouble with them. I ordered on 11-29. I also have not been able to get anyone on the phone, and their email box is full. I called, and the man was very rude on the phone. I told him that I got a message saying that the email box is full, and he said" I know". I emailed him today to tell them that I wanted to cancel my order, and after I sent my email, I called my credit card company, but they said that the transaction already went through on 12-11. I am hoping that I get the 4-wheeler by christmas, but I am not holding my breath. |

Best Price ATVS.com stinks!!!!
I wish I would of found out this information before we ordered an atv from them on 12/9/06. I was informed b/c I picked one that was in stock it would be shipped within 48 hours. LOL I was also informed I would be given a tracking number. LOL I have tried to reach them several times but all I get is a busy signal. We tried to e-mail and it was sent back to us. I finally got in touch with them and cancelled the order. We ended up buying an atv from Motorxtremes.com. Kevin was very helpful. We have to drive an hour away to receive it before Christmas, but atleast I know I will receive it. I informed my credit card co. and they have the account flaged so if they charge it I will be able to dispute the charge. Good luck with your future purchases. Pay a little more and receive alot more.... |

I am in horror. I wish I had found this site before I ordered. I placed an order for 3 atvs and I can't even talk to anyone about the order. I have never had such a horrifying experience on the internet. I saved and researched for the last six months to try to give my kids what will probably be the last "santa" christmas. I don't know what to do, I have been waiting for at least the courtesy of a phone call from these people. If we can't influence these people to become a decent company, is there any way we can get them off the internet??? My Christmas is now crushed. |

Awful experience!!!!!
My experience was just like the others!!!! I ordered on 12-6-06 and told all colors were available and would ship by the end of the week. Not the case!!!! The lines were always busy and it took fifteen minutes of continuous redialing to get through to a not so helpful person who transferred me over to a mailbox with no reply. After three days of trying to find out when I would receive the item I found this site and decided to cancel my order as of 12-15-06 and saved all my emails to them and also called and left a message telling them of my cancellation. I also called my credit card company and they said I would need to keep checking back and if they do charge me that I can dispute the charge. I hope this awful company goes out of business and quits giving the good companies out there a bad reputation. Merry Christmas |

i also bought a 4wheeler for my daughters birthday i bought it from a rude person they have no respect for anyone at all. i do not want anyone doing business with this company. i did recieve a 4wheeler it was beat up like someone took a hammer to it. i refused the item and i am still waitting for the company to credit my credit card. i still have no response yet!!!!!!!!!!!! i'm am so upset and looking for ways to get back lawyer most likely. i am now putting them a fraud on my credit company to get my money back since i get no response from them. i have trying to call for weeks and no response or busy. we all need to get together and sue them. you can also put a lean on there company untill money is paid back to you. ill let you know how this goes please keep posting so no one else gets scamed. i afraid to buy anything from the internet now and my daughter is so upset she cried. it is a shame that this company is getting away with this.... please anyone who is thinking of buying a 4wheeler pay the extra money to get a real 4wheeler it's worth it like polaris or honda. |

DON'T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY
I placed an order on Dec. 10. I paid for the express shipping and the atv was supposed to be shipped out within 24hrs and delivered within 3-6 business days. It's now Dec. 18 and nothing. I contacted my credit card and has not been charged yet, flagged for dispute. I called the Better Business Bureau and reported them, they have nothing good to say about them. I've called and called and can't reach anyone except for a full mailbox. I called 972-620-2699 and left messages to cancel my order with Terry Zimmer mailbox #103 and Keith Woosely mailbox #145. This is the only phone number I called that would let me leave a message. I couldn't get anyone at 1-866-474-5060 or1-800-533-7503 except a recording saying your product has been shipped out if your credit card has been charged. This has been a very frustrating experience. Don't buy from them if you haven't already. |

best price atv's has poor costomer service
I ordered an ATV for my son for Christmas. They charged me for 2 and shipped two. One was not even what I ordered, it was a 70cc and I ordered a 110cc. I then contacted them on the Friday they were delivered. They informed me that a supervisor would have to feild my call and they were all off until Monday. i then called bad every day multiple times since Dec 8th and with no responce for the company. At one point
i spoke with Keith and he qassured me that this would be fixed by Weddnesday of that week. Wednesday came and went. I called back to waste over 5 hours probally more on the phone attempting to get the problem resolved. i also attempted to get parts that were broken in transit and have had no luck. There is a company out of NY that was posted on a site like this on wicked rocket.com. those people actually answer the phone, but they were about $50 more. This place has 13 active complaints with the BBB and the BBB does not even have a way to get intouch with them. When i contacted them prior to ordering they did not show anything. I am now going to have to contact the local police to get my situation fixed, and they do not care. i have attempted to contact them throught email, fax and phone with no resulution. Think twice before ordering from them. |

I'm another victum of Best Price ATV. I place an order on 12/10/06 With a sales person by the name of Jane who told me that after we hung up I would receive a e-mail conformation w/tracking number. After several attempts via telephone witch lead either to some ones voice mail w/no response or a continued ring and a couple e-mails trying to get my conformation e-mail and tracking number, I wised up and canceled my order. Somethings are to good to be true!!!!! |

I had a similar experience as well. I cancelled my debit card and had a new one sent out to me before they charged it. I ordered for another company and we will see how it goes. But this is the best part, yesterday someone calls me from BestPrice saying my order is being picked up etc. They read off my card except for the last 4 digits hoping I would give them the new #!! I wish these guys would get locked up. |

in the search for finding a replacement there have been many very helpful dealers schytown-parts, 9mile, buyatvsonline. they may be out of stock, but all are very helpful and willing to hook you up. there has always been a call or email back. i wish everyone the best of luck. and keep trying to get rid of these con artists. happy holidays all. |

I can't believe how many Christmas' these people have totally ruined. I ordered an ATV in early November and although they did ship a unit to me, it was totally destroyed by the time it got to me. (I hate to think that someone would be this dishonest, but I'm starting to think the ATV's get shipped out that way.) I refused the delivery and was told that another unit would be shipped out immediately. I spoke with David Jackson 3 weeks later and that SNAKE promised I would have this thing for Christmas. Needless to say, it's now Dec 20 and a new unit hasn't even been shipped. No one returns voicemails, emails get returned, this is the most frustrating experience I have ever had. Did you know that I was the 47th person THIS MONTH to file a complaint against them with the BBB? |

I ordered two atv's from bestpriceatv's on dec 10th. My credit card has been billed for only one atv and tracking number given by old dominion trucking which in turn turns it over to another trucking company in the area to get it up north. They called and said it would be here on the 19th. NO SHOW!!! I made a few phone calls and they said they were a little behind do to X-mas and it will be there on the 21st. We'll see.. Hopefully it is in one piece. Where is my other one. They said it was in stock???? |

I, like all of the others on here, fell victim to bestpriceatvs.com as well. After many hours of research and numerous calls I finally ordered one from them for my daughter on 12/07/06. I tried calling them from 12/08/06 until 12/15/06 and the only time that I got through to an actual person, they hung up on me. I found my way into their mailbox system and sat on the phone for an hour on the morning of the 15th leaving messages in over 20 mailboxes, and sent at least 10 emails with no response at all!!!! Not one single email or phone call. All I wanted to do was confirm my order. I cancelled my debit card so that the order wouldn't go through, and filed a complaint on the Dallas BBB web page. I went into panic mode trying to find something before Christmas. I tried to get in touch with several more online places, but being only a week out from Christmas none of them could get them shipped to me in time. I finally came across what seems to be a decent business with good communication, that can get me one in time. I live in Birmingham, AL and they are in Georgia so it means a little bit of drive time, but they still have stock on ATV's and so far have done exactly as they have promised. I am going to pick up the ATV tomorrow so I can tell you then if all is well. The name of the company is Basic Cycle http://www.basiccycle.com and Basic comes from "Brothers and Sisters in Christ". They have been a pure pleasure to deal with so far compared to what I have gone through so far. I wish I would have researched bestpriceatvs.com more before ordering, but hopefully we will be having a Merry Christmas after all and my daughter's wish will come true. If you live within driving distance to the Atlanta area give Basic a call, but keep in mind that they are busy this time of year. They will call you back. Talk to Dennis and tell him that Jeff frm Alabama sent you. I'm not getting anything out of it, but I like businesses that provide good service to know that I appreciate it by sending them more customers. Hope it works out for everyone... |

That was funny
Just minutes after posting this, I received a call from Best Price ATV's saying that my order was sitting on their dock ready to ship. The number that they called from was 972-247-9011. I told him that I had requested that the order be cancelled due to lack of communication, and that I filed a complaint through the BBB. The guy on the phone claimed that he knew nothing about that, but did say that he was cancelling my order as we were speaking and was very nice, said it was no problem and wished me a good holidays!!!! :)

Yet another bestpriceatvs.com nightmare
I don't know why I failed to find any of these reviews before attempting to purchase something from this company. I'm usually pretty good about it. I purchased a Boxer 150cc go kart for my kids for Christmas on 04 Dec and even paid the $59 expedited shipping charge just to make sure it would get here on time. I live in Louisiana so I thought this place being in Dallas would increase the chances of the go kart getting here in time. Well, about a week after I placed the order they charged my credit card, including the $59 for quick shipping, even though their site says if they cannot get a tracking number to you within 48 hours they would not do so and still get the item out the door as quick as possible. Whatever. I never received the promised tracking number but wasn't too worried. I was even willing to forget about the $59 fee if it got here before Christmas. Well, yesterday a blue four-wheeler showed up on the truck. Needless to say, my wife called me at work in a panic because we ordered a go kart, not a four-wheeler. After refusing delivery, I basically spent an hour redialing their 866-474-5060 number and finally got through. While I understand mistakes do happen, I expect them to at least be sympathetic to the problem THEY caused and maybe offer up a viable solution. The customer service rep (female, forgot to get name) could have cared less and responded with "Well, what do you want us to do about it." She then informed me it would be after New Years before I could receive the correct item. I canceled the order while trying to maintain my gentlemanly demeanor. They apparently haven't come into the 20th century and keep records on paper. Giving her my information was painfully slow and she kept S-L-O-W-L-Y repeating everything I said as she wrote. Supposedly, I will get my refund within 3 days, but I went ahead and filed a complaint with the Dallas BBB just in case. We'll see what happens. Oh yeah, I went ahead and bought a go kart locally since it was the biggest thing my kids were going to get for Christmas and really didn't have much else for them to open. Next time, I'll do more extensive research before buying something in this price range on the Internet. Hopefully, this company will either realize the errors of their ways and correct, or close their doors. My advice, stay far away from these people and try another company recommended on this thread, if you have to buy online. |

I ordered 12/7/06 based on their website (mis)advertising for shipment. I tried to call, but got the busy signal, so just ordered online under blind faith. What a mistake. My grandaughter is going to be disappointed Christmas.
This has to be the worst company I've dealt with in quite some time. They really don't care, it's obvious. Just like everyone else, no reply to e-mail inquiries, returned e-mails, busy signals, the information on the shipping on their website is bogus, if you do get through on the phone to check on order status (and you choose that option), you're just dumped to a canned message misrepresenting the shipping arrangements.
I'm going to cancel and get one somewhere else. Don't know where yet. I should have checked this site first!
12/22/06 - Update. I checked one of the local shops and ending up getting the cart (in the crate) for about $100.00 more after paying taxes. The company never offer to sell these in the crate on multiple trips before. They were charging about $300.00 to assemble them. So, you may be surprised if you start pressing them for the best deal. I've got to assemble it tomorrow, but at least my grandaughter will be elated for Christmas. I'm sure it's one of those Christmas she will remember through adulthood.

One down one to go?????
One of the two atv's I ordered arrived today. Only problem with the atv was that the plastic footgaurd had a hole in it. It looked like it was stuck with a fork lift.Minor problem compared to other folks i've been reading about. Also, there was two bolts missing on two of the shocks that I replaced myself. I doubt they will go good for the footgaurd and it probally isn't worth the phone calls to try and get it fixed. Other than that it started and works fine so far???? Where is the other one? If I had to do it over I would avoid this company like the plague |

I recently placed an order from these jokers on dec 8,2006 after i went through with it I found this site, wish I would have seen this first!!! Anyway I got spooked and after 2 days of busy signals on theyre so called excellent customer service line I got through to an answering machine, IMAGINE THAT!! after another hour of busy signals i got through again this time i spoke with some rude lady told her i wanted to cancell my order, the phone mysteriously disconnected. Another half hour later got through same thing.STARTING TO GET P.O.ed AT THIS POINT!!!finally get back with her, cancell out my order, she says well in case your card gets charged just call us and well do a refund.CLICK!!!!! so after a week checking my account to see if they charged it, I thought I was in the clear and puchased an atv for my son from mckie motorsports in ohio,was close to michigan and i actually got through to a real person with mannners and dealt with them and was completely satisfied. Anyway, on the night of dec 21 by night i mean 11:30 p.m. my wife gets a call and its bestprice atvs wanting to confirm the order!! W.T.F.!!! my wife told the lady we cancelled two weeks ago and asked if they charged us, she said no thats why she was calling to see if we still wanted the quad. So now i am back to checking the account to see if these con artists charged me, well if they do I will be taking a drive down to texas to FREEDOM IMPORTS ,A.K.A. bestpriceatvs and will be raising some noise, these people think they are untouchable, yeah mess with peoples kids at christmas and see what happens!!! please spread the word to stay the hell away from BESTPRICEATVS.COM what a bunch of unneccesary stress for the holidays. |

Problem with BestpriceATV
I ordered an ATV for my grandson on Dec. 4, 2006. I finally got it and it appeared in good condition. It was my 2nd choice color but that was OK. This is where it gets real scary. After I assembled the unit I tried to start it. I finally figured out how to start it and when I did, the engine reved to top RPM and the ATV took off with me hanging on. It dragged me about 80ft before I got it stopped. If you get your ATVs please put it on a stand or blocks to get the wheels off the ground before starting. It's a miracle I wasn't hurt or property wasn't damaged. Now I have to find someone to fix the problem because these jockers won't help. Don't buy from bestpriceatv.com Good luck! |

best price atvs is HORRIBLE
I ordered on 11-14-06 with plenty of time to work out any kinks with the Christmas rush or whatever. After not receiving my item with a rush delivery, I did get it within 10 days of my order, however, we waited until 2 weeks before Christmas to open it and assemble it. It is missing brackets to hold the handel bars in place, gas cap, and the front grill. Major items I think. I haven't talked to one person in over 2 weeks. The busy signal is enough to make me go mad! I want these items not to mention I can't seem to find anyone in AZ that has these parts. What kind of company and atv is this? No wonder the price was so good. I feel like such a sucker! |

I was the original poster and I've been reading all these replies with my jaw dragging the floor. I hate that so many people have had problems with this company, glad a few have cancelled and gotten the product from somewhere else and hopefull that several have seen these posts and never ordered from that company in the first place. If you read my original post, you know that I actually went into the warehouse of bestpriceatvs before ever ordering to begin with. There were no complaints or posts online at that time. I ordered my sons ATV from the other company, it cost 50$ less when I ordered it, still had the free shipping and let me tell you that I'm absolutely THRILLED with it. My son obviously hasn't seen it yet, but I can't wait. It's exactly what I wanted, the price was wonderful and he will love it. I read a post that mentioned something about the price being so low and that should've been a tip off. Well, not totally true, I think it has a lot to do with the owner. He's got some serious issues and needs to work on his people skills. I did get a call yesterday from David at bestpriceatvs and he asked if there was anything he could do. I told him... yeah, find yourself a new job. I also told him about my experience, my complaint to the Dallas BBB and these posts. He was very friendly, apologetic and agreed that there's a problem. Anyway....... I wish you all a Merry Christmas in spite of the experience you had with that company, wanted to let everyone know that www.motorxtremes.com delivered what they promised... an excellent product at an excellent price. I even had to call them with a technical question because we were unsure of something... got straight through and got an answer... and all while they were being friendly (imagine that). My kid's grandfather bought them an atv from bestpriceatvs.com. We had a little trouble getting ours shipped, but it came before Christmas so we are happy. However, we thought we'd just slap the wheels on it and ride and it's taken us all afternoon Christmas Eve to get the wheels on (not to mention the assembly instructions told us to fill our battery with water --- but we found out later that it is a sealed battery!). At this point, we can't even get it started. The manuals are so bad and so uninformative. If you haven't gotten your atv yet and can cancel your order, I would highly suggest it. I'm not sure what I'm going to tell my boys. They found out they were getting an ATV when they answered the delivery man's phone call a few days ago. ICK! Now we just have to figure out how to send it back (you only have 7 days from the date of delivery -- with a 15% restocking fee, of course) |

It's me again. We finally got the ATV started. The gas seemed to not be flowing. After writing the previous post, my husband went down and disconnected the fuel line (coming from the gas tank)to see if it was blocked -- which of course emptied the gas tank -- make sure to have a bucket handy. Reconnecting it back seemed to get the gas flowing. It started right up. However, the set-up took us 5 hours (one of the biggest things was the back axle -- the brake (I guess) in the back on the right side had to be tapped back towards the left tire -- the whole time we swore the axle was too short). Keep that in mind if you plan to set it up in minutes. |

I'm from Louisiana and also like most, placed an order on Dec. 11,06 with assurances that the shipment for two 110cc ATV's would be made in a week...plenty of time before Christmas. Its December 27, no ATV's, and still no charges to my account, nor a answer on the 1866 474-5060 number. Someone posted on the site a 972-247-9011 number that seemed to ring forever, but unlike the 1866 # was answered and not disconnected. I cancelled the order and was assured that it was. Like most on the site, it probablly won't. I checked again with my credit card company to assure that my card was not billed yet and reported the card lost. This may work, especially since the card company won't stop the charges and only allow someone to dispute them. |

I am also a victim of Best Price Atvs, I orderd 2-110cc midsize powerwheels, Jane called and said that they were held up in customs but they were going to upgrade us to another 110 that was the same size. She promised that we would get it by Christmas, which we didn't, when they did come they said that they put 2 on the truck but there was only 1 there, and to make matters worse they put a 110c sticker on the motor of a 70cc mini and hope we wouldn't notice. We refused it and will now start the fight to get all our money back. Not only did they try to scam us they actually overcharge us 100.00 for what we got. I felt uncomfortable about this order right away and started trying to call the day after the order was placed, never once did I get a hold of one person that helped me, when they answered and that was rarely, I was cut off or sent to someones voicemail, I couldn't have cancelled the order if I wanted to. We finally went yesterday and got our kids a Baja 90cc atv from Costco for 850.00, it was in good shape, didn't need a whole lot of assembly, and we have Costco's excellent customer service to back it up. I have wasted hours on this and my kid's christmas was still ruined. I would love to see some kind of class action lawsuit against this company. I would also like to get a hold of someone in the media in the Dallas area, if anyone has a name that would be great. |

Just to let you know I have had a very similar experience with Bestbuy ATV's, promises they wouldn't keep, orders not being delivered, no help after the sale, no parts, and it gets frustrating. The owner says that he does so much business that he cares about the 80% sales, and forgets about the remaining 20%. I don't want to be in that 20% bracket. I did find familygokarts.com to be a reliable company to work with, and they did get my order to me in time for Christmas, staff is very nice, and they are a Christian site. |

Bestpriceatv.com...ARGHH!
I have tried to work with bestpriceatv.com to get replacement parts that I have needed since AUGUST of 2006. I have been more than patient and I have finally just scraped the atv that I purchased and have received a new kids atv from www.familygokarts.com. As promised it took about one week and with help from the customer service people, I was able to get my atv in plenty of time before Christmas. Familygokarts.com answered the phone when called and I have had no problems with ANYTHING>..a flawless sale.
Terry and Keith at bestpriceatv.com should take lessons from a site like familygokarts.com

Complaints Revving Up on Online Orders From Best Price ATVs
Dallas, TX, December 19, 2006 -- An online seller of ATVs, go-karts, parts, and accessories based in the Dallas area is the subject of a growing number of complaints to the Better Business Bureau concerning non-delivery of all-terrain vehicles (ATVs) and other goods ordered as Christmas gifts; delivery of damaged items; and difficulty contacting the company about the problems.
Customers all over the country are complaining to the BBB about non-delivery from Best Price ATVs, 13401 Denton Dr., Farmers Branch. Because the ATVs were ordered as Christmas gifts, customers are especially anxious to find out if the vehicles will be delivered or the problems solved in time for the holidays.
Best Price ATVs offers ATVs, go-karts, parts, and accessories through a Web site. The company has also done business as Freedom Scooters and BMX Imports. Since January, 2006, the company has had an unsatisfactory record with the BBB in Dallas, due to unanswered complaints. During the BBB's 3-year reporting period, the company has been the subject of 30 complaints alleging non-delivery of vehicles or parts, and delivery of defective merchandise. Of those complaints, 16 are unanswered by the company.
Now, more complaints are pouring in. As of December 20, 2006, there are an additional 73 complaints pending. These complaints are being sent to the company with a request for the company to reply. The BBB has asked the company to respond to the unanswered complaints and the pending complaints, however, the complaints remain unanswered at this time.
Here's what some complaints say:
From Louisiana -"I ordered the ATV as a Christmas present for my kids. I placed my order at the beginning of October to be certain that it would be received in plenty of time for Christmas. At that time I was advised that the particular model was on backorder but that I would definitely have it in time for Christmas." Although the company promised delivery, she still hasn't received it.
From South Carolina - "I ordered a go-cart for my son's Christmas gift … I have left message after message for these people with no response." To make sure that she would have the go-cart in time, she purchased a go-kart in her town. She's asking for confirmation from Best Price ATVs that her order is cancelled.
From Connecticut - "I ordered an ATV for my son for Christmas online. I received an automated receipt by email. I have tried countlessly to contact through email and phone with no luck. The phone line is busy 24/7. I paid using a credit card. I wanted my purchase. It was the only price I could afford. If I cannot get the item, I expect a full refund."

Update
Finally received an email back from bestpriceatvs saying they go my email and are checking on it. The original correspondence sent to them stated the problems from my earlier post and demanded a full refund (did not want them to fix the problem, just give me my money back). At this point, I have not had my credit card refunded after canceling my order. The "customer support" rep stated it should only take about 3 days. Waited a week and called my credit card company to dispute the charge. If it is not refunded as promised, the credit card company will go after them and it is no longer my problem. Apparently, I am able to do this because I refused delivery of the wrong item. Boy am I glad I used a credit card instead of my debit card. Also, followed the link from the Dallas BBB and filed a complaint with the FTC. Just got the FTC response and it basically says they will keep the complaint in their database and if a pattern emerges, they will do something about it. They do not take action on one individual complaint. Sooo, I encourage everyone screwed by bestpriceatvs to file a complaint with the FTC. |

like the rest, i ordered a atv on dec 11th. said it would be delivered by christmas. till no sign of it. i sent numerous emails, faxes, phone calls, no response. finally got a call 26th saying they were shipping that day. got another call the 28th saying it was on the loading dock and was going to be shipped. i dont believe it has been shipped!! afraid to try to cancel order after all the problems i have heard from people still being charged after canceling. |

I received my order.
I have been reading the complaints on the delivery of Atv's and other products from this company. I also ordered from them. Put my order through on 11/28/06. I received my units in plenty of time for Christmas. We are very happy with the Atv's we received. We ordered the 707/508 Mini Utility 110cc ATV and the 300-D Huge 300cc AUTOMATIC, both seem to be working and running fine.And like most it was very hard to get through on the lines, customer service is terrible, but we did get through with a couple of questions, which were answered. My concern after reading all these complaints, can these units be defective and we not know about it? Should we be concern for our safety while riding these ATV's. We are also thinking will they even honor the warranty, luckily we didn't purchase the extended warranty. Like most, I also checked out BBB and internet websites looking for complaints before I made my purchase with this company and I didn't see anything! I am hoping the complaints are just based on the promised delivery date for Christmas and not the product itself. |

I too recieved my order. I placed an order on 11/28/06 for a 150cc go-kart, and recieved it about three weeks later. Their website says that they have 100 percent customer satisfaction and that they have long lasting friendly relationships with their customers. This is not the case. I had and have sent numerous emails and have tried to call too many times to count. Weather or not this is the Christmas rush I dont know. But from what I have seen they have poor customer service. For the product, my go-kart is running fine so far. I have not run it much yet, but it seems to be ok. It had a leak in the gas tank when I got it, but I sealed it and it seems to be fine now. This may have damaged during shipping. I do however need a manual in case it breaks down, and I need a certificate of origin to register it for the trails in New York. I will continue to try to get through, but if this is a sign of their customer satisfaction I can only imagine what kind of nightmare it will be like trying to get parts. I can only hope for the best. Good luck if you decide to purchase anything through this company. I will try to keep you updated. |

I did find out a little more why you cant ever get through to these people. When I talked to them today, I asked why I couldn't ever get through and the lady said because they only have two operators answering all the phones, and she said their are constant calls. She also said that they are so busy that they can barley breath and that they have loads and loads of orders going out constantly. I wouldnt jump to conclusion with them right away, just because they are busy, just have some patience, and I so far have talked to 3 different people and they have all been very helpful and corteous. Good luck and I'll keep you updated with whatever else I find out. |

PIECES OF TRASH
I had placed an order before Christmas and received 2 303's and 2 508's, we have had nothing but problems with these units. I have tried calling for over a month and can't get anyone to help me fix them. I had spoke with Chris and Keith told me that they would look into it and call me back (guess what? no call). That was once and the rest of the time busy busy busy. I have emailed Chris, Keith, and the owner and never one response back. I have problem such as electrical problems, shocks, batteries, missing parts, damaged parts and even wrong colors. What else can be wrong? Out a lot of money and my kids can't even use this things. Some 90 day warranty and customer satisfaction they are not going to stand behind anything.
These who have not received their orders be thankful get you money back and go somewhere else. You don't need or want this trash. |

Best Price is Not So Bad...
I too ordered from Best Price ATV's. I placed my order on 11-24-06 and received it four days after Christmas. This was upsetting because it was a Christmas present but we explained to our twins that they would arrive shortly after Christmas. We would have received them before Christmas had we have given an alternate color choice. I had trouble like everyone else getting through and started to panic when I read all of the complaints but once we received them, it took only 3 hours to assemble both units. We ordered the 110's and are very satisfied so far. We also took them to a local ATV shop to have them look them over and they said they could not see anything that would be harmful to ride. They sell almost the exact same unit for 995, where we paid 628 so even they were very impressed with the quality and the price.
I'm thinking that with as many orders as these people have there have to be a lot more satisfied customers than there are unsatisfied. |

I bought my machine and it was delivered. Thats all I can say that is postive about about this company. The 110 that I recieved had a broken tie rod, Scuffs and scratches throughout and is very difficulat to start. Several attempts to contact company by phone and email have been a waste of my time. Never mind the helmet and cover that I was suppose to get as well. As far as I am concerned they can stick those you know where.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!I just wish I lived close to them because the junk they sent me would be in their lobby!
Fortunatley for me my son took it all in stride on Christmas morning when he couldn't ride his new toy.
STAY AWAY FROM BEST PRICE ATV!!! They are a company of cowards who dont know customer service. Contact your credit card compnay if its not to late. |

we western union the money for a new 4 wheeler and we did it on the 14th of december and we still dont have it... they told us if we western unioned it on the 14 of december we would have it by the next 4 busness days.. well we have called and called and nothing.. we finaly got to talk to someone and they keep giving us the runaround..so we are contacting a lawyer if we dont here something soon...we also bought one 2 mounths ago and it has been problems sents day one....they had us send them pictures and a reciet and we cant get the keith guy to call us back we took it and had repairs done on it and they said they would refund the money.... we are still waighting .we did what they asked so why cant they do what they said they would... |

SCAMMED!!!!
We ordered our mini ATV on 12/12/06. We were guaranteed delivery before Christmas.
We received the 4 wheeler two days after Christmas. My daughters came in the living room on Christmas morning looking for it. They only found a letter from Santa explaining that Rudolph had been sick and was unable to carry something that large. What a disappointment for a little kid!!
Anyway, once we got it, there were many missing parts. There were no screws for the battery, so we made several different trips to hardware stores and auto shops to find the correct size screw.
Once we finally put screws in the battery, we expected the ATV to start right up. It wouldn't even turn over.
We had a mechanic to look at it and he found a blown fuse. We put a new fuse in it and tried again. Still didn't work. The next thing the mechanic found wrong with the 4 wheeler was that there was no "juice" getting to the spark plug whatsoever.
I have called OVER AND OVER with no live voice to talk to. I have emailed four different times with no response back. I went to my bank and they are investigating the company for me. They are going to pay me back the $508 that we spent on our DEBIT card, and try to get the company to reimburse them. So, if you used your debit card, see if your bank will do the same.
We still have this unusable 4 wheeler in our garage, but will never be able to use it.
We are wanting to follow up on a law suit.
I am SO SORRY that you have all had the same experience as us!

Best Price not that Bad
I ordered a go-kart from Bestprice ATV's on 11/21 and received it 11/28. The box was a little mangled but they seem to have put enought extra cardboard in there to keep things safe. They advertised it shipped with a steel framed box covered in cardboard. There was no steel frame. I didn't get to put this together until two days before christmas so I was really nervous that bolts would be missing etc.
I was very happy to see that only two bolts has fallen out in shipping and I found every washer and nut in the bottom of the box. No instructions came with it but I only hed to re-do one step so it wasn't too bad. It wouldn't start at first but I pulled the sparkplug, re-gapped it, (gap was a little big) and put it back in. Fired right up and has run great ever since.
It was indeed very difficult to get a hold of these guys around christmas but they only had 14 phone lines and said they were in the process of getting more. My sales guy was extremely helpful in getting me all the documentation to register it. There were some very unhelpful people as well. (One guy told me to call back at the end of January to get my bill of sale!) These guys need some serious management changes (computer system, better phones etc.) They sounded completely unprepared for all these orders they were getting. All you ever hear of any company is the complaints so I decided to write about my fairly positive experience. These guys were $1000 cheaper than the next closest price I found and they offered free shipping! ($400 to my house!) So for the price I thought it showed up very quickly and it works great. There's most likely a lot of satisfied customers out there as well, but we never will hear from them. If you don't hear any complaints, everything must be great! That's the way life is.
So let's give them a little slack. As soon as they work out their management issues, they do have some great deals.

customer service issue
I check back occasionally, just to read what other people have written. And I'm very happy that some of you have had somewhat 'decent' experiences. I just wanted to respond to the last post. While I'm very sorry about the people who received damaged merchandise or didn't receive it at all, and expecially for all those children who didn't get their biggest present under the tree...... MY BIGGEST complaint was the fact that they were rude and didn't really care. I went to their warehouse in person and spoke to the OWNER, Terry Zimmer. He was rude, didn't care and had enough time to come out 3 separate times to 'trash talk' to me, but didn't have enough time to find out why I was there, or help me. I don't care if a company has the best products in the world for the most fabulous price ever... if that's how they treat their customers and what they consider a long lasting relationship (before, during and after the sale), then they honestly aren't a company worth doing business with. Since all this began, and I filed a formal complaint with the Better Business Bureau of Dallas, I have received a phone call to ask how they could help me and today, I received a letter apologizing and stating that I never should've been spoken to in that manner. It also stated that my order had been canceled and my credit information deleted from my file. This was signed by someone named Melodie in customer service. I personally think the owner himself should have been the one to apologize to me, since he was the one who was so rude. And I would certainly hope that my order was canceled, since I canceled with the owner, while I was standing in their warehouse. They did try to charge my credit card, and thankfully due to my Christmas shopping, it didn't go through. Guess that was my only luck in my dealings with this company. I found what I was looking for and my son has ridden it everyday without fault. |

I looked up the BBB in Dallas Texas and all these claims of 43 or seventy something complaints against them are exaggerated. The BBB themselves say they have received 32 complaints about these guys in the last THREE YEARS! While this is hardly acceptable, it's not nearly as bad as some posts in here have made it sound.
I understand people are ticked off about their experiences but if you're going to share them with the rest of us, please don't exaggerate the facts just to get back at these guys. It's not helpful to anyone. |

I have not had any more dealings with Bestprice and i will certainly not recommend them to anyone. I have my own business and deal with the public all the time. i certainly would not treat customers the way Bestprice treats theirs. if they are "too big", they need to reconsider their advertising. don't promise what you can't deliver. no exageration. while there may not be enough complaints file, it does not mean that we have all stretched the truth. just try to get answers or cooperation and let us know how you make out. Owning your own business means you don't always have time to run around so i was relying on this company to help alliviate some of the Christmas shopping i needed to do. because of them, i had to spend 24 plus hours trying to locate a dealer either online or local to fill their void. While I understand that some have had pleasant experiences with this company, it seems that the small mom and pop santa's did not. so before you assume exaggeration, please give us the benefit of the doubt.

If he can't handle the stress of running a business then he needs to hand it off to someone else before the whole thing goes down the toilet. (It's already been flushed and it's spinning quickly.) If a company grows too fast and it's not prepared, it can be disastrous. This company seems to be on its way down so someone had better do something to turn it around.
I think that the biggest problem seems to be that they were established to be a wholesaler to dealers, not to consumers. There seems to be a lot less cumtomer service and logistical issues when you're selling someone a whole trailer full of atv's rather than just a single atv. If anyone from bestprice is reading these posts (it doesn't appear they would have the time, but...) you guys had better deal with these issues or it's only going to get worse for you. |

I was just saying that I believe you can tell from the tone of some of the posts that you're not getting a true story of what has happened. When you're angry, you can't help it. It's just when I'm trying to get an unbiased opinion about a company, I can't if all I hear is the complaints. What if the negative experiences are the exception? Maybe they really do have 95% customer satisfaction. Still, if you own your own company, I'm sure you understand that if you have even 1 unsatisfied customer, that's too many. You can't please everyone, but if the customer is always right, you have to at least make them feel that way or they are going to be a thorn in your side. Even though I got my go-kart and I love it, I wouldn't in any way recommend these guys until they get their problems straightened out. I guess I need to be grateful that I didn't have the experience that some of you had. |

My experience with BestPriceATVs
I had a much similar experience. A good friend of mine purchased an ATV from them and received it the first of December. I assembled it for him. I was impressed with it. Except for a few problems, it was fine. After that, I decided to purchase one for my boys. Ordered it on the 8th of Dec. Got the order confirmation and all. Started waiting for the ATV. No word and no ATV from them. Tried calling and busy, busy, busy. I spoke with someone twice, first time, the rude lady put me to a voicemail that was no longer good. Second time she sent me to parts voicemail after I said don't put me on hold or to voicemail. Finally gave up the day after Christmas and cancelled my order by e-mail, fax and certified mail. Amazingly received an e-mail confirming the cancelled order immediately after hanging up from West Coast Products ordering the ATV from them. They shipped the next day and received it in good shape, assembled it and had it running in 60 minutes. Would order again from West Coast Products but never from BestPriceATVs. But my friends ATV is still running with no real problems. I have wished him the best. |

Got my refund from bestpriceatvs for the go kart order I canceled after receiving the wrong item just before Christmas. I count myself lucky. Our credit card company had stated they would not hold us liable for the charge and try to get the money back on their own if a refund was not given. Luckily, this will not have to happen. Maybe someone over there is realizing customer service is worth it? Either way, I will not deal with this company again. |

I decided to buy from bestpriceatvs.com because my first choice, Motorxtremes.com, sold out the same day I chose to order the pink Stinger 110. My daughter wanted pink, so I searched for days on every website that I could possibly find. BestPriceATV's had a super cool 403=303 Mini PowerWheel 110cc ATV (Big 16" tires, 10 colors)110 ATV with big tires that was avaiable in pink. My husband and I both called for days, literally hundreds of times) and we also got hung up on, left messages with no return calls, etc. as others did on this site. However, I demanded once I finally got the secretary on the phone that I speak with someone b/c I had calls so many times, etc. Well, the person that took my order finally was very helpful after I explained my frustrations about the company. I told her that I had concerns as to whether they were a legitimate company and she explained that they are a wholesaler...they are just now entering the retail world. I really needed that pink ATV, so I went ahead and ordered with her...she told me that she would make sure that my child gets pink and that it gets to be before Christmas. Well, she did get it to me in plenty of time and it is sooooooooooo cool! She even called to confirm that she got me a pink one and that she had shipped it. Alos, she took $50 off my ATV for all my issues that I had gone through with them. I feel like the ATV that I ordered is worth the crap that I went through, but the way this company does business is ridiculous...I agree! On the invoice for Madisyn's ATV I saw the company that they get their supply from, so from now on I'll try to by from that company. |

Bestprice ATV
Spoke with Tom at Bestprice, a real regular guy and commented and joked with me about his time living in New England where I'm from. Talked football and ordered an ATV 150cc for my kids for Christmas. Being well in advance I was not worried about it arriving on time. Just over a week before Christmas I was told by Tom by phone that the ATV I ordered was not available due to a problem at the shipping ports in California. He upgraded me to an ATV with more features. This was ok! As the Holiday drew near I could not reach them by phone. Finally a tracking# and then the ATV delivered as promised (old dominion) Create was damaged however bike was not. My kids were very happy. I did not receive some parts for the bike however it is up and running fine. Never received the cover that was promised. I doubt I will ever get in touch with them if I have to utilize my bought and paid for extended parts warranty.
NO ANSWERS TO E-MAILS OR PHONE CALLS EVER! BUT I WILL NOT STOP. So far I have only lost a cover,parts and I'm sure a warranty. I CAN ONLY HOPE THAT THE PEOPLE WHO HAVE CHILDREN WHO DID NOT REALIZE THE JOY OF CHRISTMAS MORNING WITH A NEW BIKE,GO CART OR ATV BECAUSE OF BESTPRICE SOMEHOW GOT THEIR WISH IN THE END!

I wanted to reply to the DOT257 post earlier about the quality of the ATV's. I put in a post on Christmas Eve about the troubles we had been having while putting the ATV's together.
I am not an expert, but so far, as we get to the end of January, our ATV's are doing good and functioning fine. My 10-year-old really has enjoyed it and it has held up well.
I do feel bad for all those that ordered and never got their ATV. We had a rough beginning getting it, putting it together & getting it started, but now all seems well.
I am to some extent holding my breath. I can tell by all these posts that if something breaks, it's highly likely we can't depend on the company to help us fix it. |

All is well
Just an update, and some comments. When we ordered or ATV's online we were worried of risking the chance of it being a scam.. The price was affordable and with no shipping charges we couldn’t resist... Well we were one of the lucky ones that received our ATV's before Christmas. We put our orders in a day apart and received the units a day apart. In the time of delivery, I made it very clear to the shipping company (Old Dominan) that I have a child I have to hide these units from. They were very accommodating, matter of fact the morning of delivery, I had my grandson home sick from school. I called the trucking company requesting a phone call if possible from the driver when he was on his way to my home, and I did get that phone call, which worked out great.
Putting the units together were not a problem for us. Everything seem to go into place just fine. My husband did have some questions which were answered.. YES we had the busy signals and recording too.. YES that was very frustrating too! But we did get our questions answered.
We bought the 411 Mini, it's a small 110 and my grandson loves it, it's just the right size for a beginner. He's 9 years old and I have no worries of him driving it. I have never seen any shops locally with this style, This ATV is very sharp looking, with the front and back racks and chrome motor parts. I find it very impressive. Not going to mention any names, but we did go shopping locally and found that all the units that size and smaller (90cc) were in the price range of $2,100.00 and up, without the features this 411 BMX offers, heck most of the units locally only had paper for headlights!
We bought the 300 Automatic and we love it, it's sturdy and very easy to drive and again a very impressive looking ATV. I feel very safe driving this and I am a grandma! This unit is so huge my husband and I both ride together, he bought a nice storage unit which straps to the back rack, it has a built in seat back, and makes it ideal for a passenger.
For the price I think we outshine any ATV in our area, they really are great looking vehicles and so far we have not had a problem with either one! We are on them everyday. Now mind you we are not rough necking with them (that’s dangerous!) but we are enjoying our leisure rides through the many trails we have on our property and private road.
I too had friends that fell in love with our units when we showed them off right before Christmas.. We had two families that went home that same night of viewing ours and ordered ATV’s for themselves.. Yep you guessed it, they were among the people not receiving them for Christmas, they knew it was probably too late in ordering and simply canceled their order and found something locally, for twice the cost. We all go riding together and no one has any complaints….
Sorry if I was long winded, but I was just watching my grandson having fun on his ATV this morning and had to share. |

buy from BESTPRICEATVs at your own risk!
Unlike many other customers of this company, I received my merchandise. I ordered it in September 2005 for my son's birthday party. It came a week late in spite of paying for "rush" delivery.
The go cart has NEVER worked. I paid for an extended warranty. I've made no less than 100 phone calls and have been treated mostly very poorly. Terry lied about having a warranty service agreement with a local mechanic.
It's Jan. 31 now and I'm still stuck with a worthless birthday present. They are terrible. Do not buy from them, it is not worth it. |

I bought 2 atvs from this place and i have had nothing but trouble with this company. they dont want to ansewer the phone are say the parts or on the way.BUT THERE NOT.I have a sti150 from them that when you start it it smokes really bad for about four min,but acourding to this company thats normal BULL.do thay think every one is stupied.These people are **** and should have to go out of business.Iwould rather ride a bike than this crap.By the way thank you for reading good luck to anyone else who deals with this company. |

I'm sorry that you all are having problems with your transactions. I have bought 3 scooters for my kids at different times from ebay from that seller and they are all great. I bought one to try them out and immediately ordered 2 more. My kids friends parents in the neighborhood bought too and they all are like a mini scooter gang, riding them in the neighborhood. We have all had good luck with them so I have to say that I would highly recommend their products. In fact, this spring, i'm getting one of the big ones for me and the wife to take on vacation. Once in a while you get a lemon, and sometimes you get bad customer service, but from my experiance, I give them an A+. I don't know about best buy atv. I bought direct from ebay. I think you just had a isolated event.
You do seem bent on revenge though. Maybe you should chill. buying a website to blast someone? Oh well, to each his own. Tom, happy scooter owner. |

Its funny that you showed up just now to post this. Since the only contact I have had with this so far is with the seller in question, I can only guess that:
1. You are the seller
2. The seller asked you to come here and post.
In either case, your one data point is far overwhelmed by the 4 pages of negative feedback on bestpriceatv, where the seller obtains her product.
Also, if you want to see more evidence, get on eBay and check out the feedback on 54nash. There are more than a dozen negatives (almost all scooter related) and 11 mutually withdrawn comments (likely all scooter related). In each case, when a buyer filed a negative feedback against 54nash, they were retaliated against by getting negative feedback filed against them. Check out the patterns in the feedback as well. Every problems is blamed on shipping damage or "lost" shipments. Pretty funny, as the scooter I received was packed very, very well. But, my problems were also blamed on shipping damage, and there wasn't any such damage.
If only 54nash would spend as much time providing support to her customers as she spends making excuses and filing negative feedback....

I am watching every thread and post and, if people say anything that could lead to any sort of legalities, I will promptly delete the thread. No one here has said anything that crosses the line. Some people have good experiences, some bad. As long as only the facts are told without personal information being posted (A person's address or phone number for example), disagreeing and sharing is fine.
That is why we are here. To inform others of our experiences and to share information.

OUR ATV CAUGHT FIRE!
I just wanted to put a last reply about our ATV (BMX 302 Mini 110cc EX regular tire). At the time of my last post, all was well with our ATV. Our kids LOVED it,well, until one of our boys was riding it and he looked down and it was on FIRE! He jumped off & ran to get us.
It was way back in the woods near our creek (thank goodness!) and we kept the ATV & woods wet until the gas ran out. We believe it might have just developed a leak from the tank or line and when we were discussing it, the ATV caught on FIRE while my child was riding it around!
We tried to keep our distance in case the Gas Tank Exploded. None-the-less it was destroyed. We didn't have a fire extinguisher and recommend all ATV owners buy an extinguisher and be aware of this possible defect. Our ATV was only 3 months old.
PLEASE BE CAREFUL....We are searching as we speak for a government agency to merely report a possible defect or danger (to keep these machines safe for our children) |

License Renewal?
I ordered a 110 ATV Sport for my stepson on March 22nd. After seeing no response on the shipment, I called them again to see if the ATV will arrive by Easter. The guy told me they can't ship any ATV's because they did not renew their license and could take up to a month before allowed to ship it. How do you forget to renew your license? Now my stepson will not have his ATV by Easter and we'll be shopping elsewhere. Know of any other sites that sell ATV's cheap? |

Just spoke to someone at rightway atv and he said that bestprice has their doors locked by the state because they have been doing business without a license. I dont know if the 2 companies are affilliated or not, but they are within a few blocks of each other. I also cant confirm if it is true or not. |

this may sound unbelievable but first I must know....are you guys dealing with bestpriceatv.com out of the dallas texas area?
the reason I ask is this, and dont kill the messenger!! On March 22, 2007 myself and two of my friends ordered via phone from a girl named Shannon, three 150cc 4 stroke off road go karts. On April 2, 2007 Old Dominion pulled up in front of our houses (we all live on the same street). The three carts were delivered. All 3 were in good shape when they arrived, all went together very easily and all 3 run. In fact we have taken the kids camping with the carts and they ran perfectly all weekend. I found this epionions site after we ordered and the posts regarding bestprice scared the bejesus out of me but ALL turned out fine.
I am not trying to further frustrate any of you and I feel for you. I am only asking because I wish to purchase some performance parts and based upon my experience with the company I am calling bestpriceatv out of dallas texas, I intend to order from them again.
Again I am truly sorry for you that are having such problems and I intend you no hard feelings,,, just curious if we are dealing with the same company. Thanks. |

Yes, it's the same company. I'm sure there are people that are satisfied with their orders but as I saw from many other posts on here, there are several that are not happy.
I am confused about how a company can forget to renew their license or sell without a license at all when selling these products are your main source of income. That should have been the most important thing on their list.
Yes, the people I did talk to were very nice... they just didn't send me what I ordered. Plus, they didn't return my calls. I had to keep calling until someone picked up.
I ordred from rightway instead. |

DO NOT BUY FROM RIGHT WAY ATV. We purchased a go-kart from them for our daughter for Xmas and have had nothing but problems. They shipped the wrong go-kart and we are now being billed $943.66 for return shipping. We have contacted the Better Business Bureau and the Attorney General. The bill has now been sent to collections because Right Way won't take care of it and I refuse to pay, so we are being forced to contact a lawyer. They also do not answer the phone and we cannot get parts for our go-kart, which doesn't run half the time. |

My Husband and four other guys he works with bought these 110cc atv's for or kids for Christmas. We were with warranty time frame. My 5 year olds atv had a broken suspension bracket and we needed a replacement. They said he was riding to rough and therefor were not going to honor the warranty on the part...A 5 year old going under 10 miles an hour on GRASS?? to rough? We tried for 3 weeks to actually talk to a LIVE person. We were sent voicemail EVERY time! The secretary or whoever she was hung up on me and my Husband when we asked for furhter help. We had to get the Bank involved to get any action from these folks. They took our credit card number and said the part would be to us in 3-6 days....3 weeks later...nothing. We called to inquire and got sent to voicemail. No one ever contacted us. I raised a little fuss at this point. I feel we had been pretty patient. Paid for a part that should have been covered to begin with...I was hung up on again. SAD! Seriously...Look elsewhere don't be the next victim of these crooked sales people. |

I hadn't checked this site in awhile, but thought I'd see if anything had been posted since my last... well! YEAH! a few good and more bad.
There was someone who'd asked if it was bestpriceatvs.com out of Dallas.. just to set the record straight. YES! I went to the showroom personally. TWICE! The first time to look at the ATVs and the 2nd, to cancel my order when I couldn't get anyone to answer my questions over the phone. It was the owner himself who treated me so horribly. I'm sure they do have some satisfied customers. If EVERY one who bought from them was dissatisfied, they woulnd't have much of a business. Although, it doesn't sound like they have much of one now. As a consumer, I also listen to customer feedback. If I know a company treats people horribly, whether they have a good product or not, I'm NOT going to buy from them. And as a supplier, they should realize that. Repeat business is the key to a long lasting and successful company.
Someone else asked where to buy... I bought what I was looking for, ended up with a better product at the same price and bought it directly from www.motorxtremes.com
My son is still riding his 4wheeler, rides it rough (he likes to go mudding) and we have no problems with it. Other than we can't seem to keep it full of gas or clean. =)
Good luck to anyone who is still having to deal with this company, whether it be their ATV, parts or money. |

I received the ATV from right way. Everything was good except the right rear tire had a hole worn through from rubbing on the frame during shipping. I called right way and the guy was really nice, apologized for the problem, and sent another wheel and tire at no charge. I got what I ordered and the service was good so I can't complain about right way. I'd buy from them again. |

just recieved mine from rightway as well. They were polite and good to deal with. No problems at all. Machine went together in about 20 minutes, I checked the oil and put some gas in it. She fired right up. The brake needs some fluid added and an adjustment. I plan to go through the entire machine and check the fuel lines before I put my daughter on it this weekend. |

If I may ask, what atv did you get. I ordered the Tonga 100 Big Wheel for my 7 year old son. I did have a little bit of trouble with putting on the front wheels. Nothing major. The slotted screws on and into the rubber. I don't think that's right but I am going to contact the service guy, Ken?, tomorrow once he's back from Florida. Anyway, just curious. Like you though, I did check the fluids, added gas, and the ATV fired up instantly. |

I got the Tonga 100 as well. I found that the fuel line is slowly dripping at the fuel filter connection. No fault to rightway as these things travel across the globe before they are uncrated. I will DEFINATELY be changing the fuel lines, filter and the hose clamps before anyone rides it. It could start on fire dripping on the cooling fins. Also put some quality oil in it. We may be going out this weekend (if it dries up here in the NE) and I'll let you know how it does. Springs are very stiff but I think they will soften up with some use. |

I had the same issue. I ordered online on 11-30-06. I sent them cash via Western Union because they told me I needed to in order to receive the 2 ATV's I ordered. As of 12-6-07 I had not received a shipping confirmation, so I started calling them. They didn't "think" I had paid for them. They located my money and told me they would ship that day. As of 12-10-07, I still hadn't heard anything, I called 50-60x a day and I either wouldn't get an answer, or I would be transferred to a full mailbox. My husband finally got a hold of Mary, she said it would ship that day and gave us her cell number, she never answered it again after that day. I called the BBB of TX and they gave me the owner's home e-mail, he never read them, he never returned calls. On Christmas Eve they called me to see if I was going to send the money for the ATV's and after a few choice words with the lady on the phone, they got my address and sent me a check, and it was actually good which after everything we went through I was surprised. Needless to say we had to buy 2 more ATV's before Christmas and that was a major hurt to the pocket book.
DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!!!

I was able to get a go cart from them in Jan. But after going out with it four times it broke three times. The frame broke repaired it myself, the transmission shaft broke a $250 replacement, i had to install, mounting bolt hole ears on the motor broke off, I repaired myself. I did theser repairs myself because I' a welder. When I did get someone bpatv's they said these problems weren't covered under any warranty. I've since bought a gocart from a local dealer about 50 miles from me, and they've been great with service, and followup making sure we're satisified with the gocart, nothing has broken on it, and we've pushed it harder than the one we got from bpatv's. But yes I've experinced all the problems I' read here, and no I don't recomend buying anything from these people. |

Don't believe the hype of that letter. Their trouble with the BBB lead the state of Texas to investigate and they found that Best Price ATV did not have a license to sell anything. I have heard directly from them that they will have the license in 2 weeks - that was over a month ago. I don't believe anything they say any more. I'm done with them all together. I hope everyone else will come to the same conclusion that I have - that the owner is a crook and should be put in jail for his horrible business practices.
There are plenty of other honest ATV sites/dealers online - granted they all have their issues every now and then, but come on - I have never seen or heard of a company that treats its customers this poorly and still expects people to continue to trust them with their money. |

Thank God its not a scam
I payed for an Atv for my son's 11th Birthday on March 28th was promised delivery within 5 business days, called back after 10 and was given license story and agreed to wait another week, I've had business problems before, why not give them a chance. After another week I started to think I'd been scammed so I called again and was told it would be another 2 weeks. It bothers me that they don't even have the business sence to call and update their customers. If not for this site I really believed I was doing business with some con-artist working out of his home with his girlfriend answering the phone. My kid asks me about his atv everyday I like Ebay and have had good experience with them. I think I'm going to have to cancel my order. |

bestpriceatv - FRAUD
WOW!! I knew that the customer service department didn't answer the phone for a reason, but I had no idea that it was this bad. I purchased an atv for my son for Christmas, and was even stupid enough to buy the extended warranty, and they had no problem selling either to me. He rode it 1 time and the tire would not hold air (the rim was defective). I was told by Keith in the parts deparment to send it back and they would send me another in 7-8 working days. Luckily I sent it Fed Ex. They received and signed for it on 2/22/07 and I have still not received the replacement (it's 5/10/07). Does anyone known if there is another place to purchase replacement parts for these ATV's? We've looked at this one with 3 rims and tires for long enough and have had to face the fact that this company is a joke and will never get the replacement rim and tire. Is there any way to put this company out of business so they can't rip anyone elses off. Isn't this FRAUD or THEFT? I've reported them to be BBB, but apparently they don't do anything. |

ATV is junk after purchase
I too had all kinds of problems with this company but finally got the ATV. It took a little work but we got this thing running sweet. Took it to the trails this past weekend and it fell apart. It is missing so many bolts. Also tail light fell apart, headlight fell off, sensors broke, and to cap everything off, the oil plug melted and spit out and then the damn thing about caught on fire but we got it shut down in time that it only smoked.
Today we tore it apart to find burnt oil hoses on top of all of it.
So if you got lucky and actually received it, the nightmare might still not be over. |

Best Price ATV RIPE OFF
Oh I wish I would have seen all of these complaints before we bought from Best Price ATV. We bought 2 atv's for our kids, we received them for christmas but it has been a nightmare ever since. Parts are breaking or just falling off. I have tried to contact the company for parts, you can never get anyone and if you do they do they don't cover them under the warranty. I called again a month ago and the sales person told me they could not sell any parts since their license expired and it would be at least 2-weeks and when I call back it was 2 weeks more (sounds like a bunch of grap! The government needs to shut them down! I did report them to the BBB, even though I will probably never get a refund or even parts to fix these. If enough people complain and report them, maybe they will do something.
I am in the market to replace these 2, since my boys are so upset that these don not run. Does anyone have any recommendations? |

Well, they have nixed the old name and are back with the new-old name "BMX". They just got their license in Texas, and they are based in Farmers Branch (Dallas), TX so go figure. They did answer the phone and the man on the phone was nice enough, when pressed about the BBB complaints, he said that was all Christmas delivery issues becuase they were overwhelmed. SO GLAD for this site and this thread. I am in the market for an ATV and although loval dealers are more expensive, if you spend some time with them and listen, they seem to have pretty solid answers for the differences in quality of there's vs. the online ones. Remember, virtually ALL online atv's are Chinese made and come with little to no warranty. EExtended warranties are worthless since no dealer will work on them and you must ship parts, etc. back to the online company normally at your cost. BE AWARE! |

It's good to hear your opinion but these others can say bad things because they have had bad experiences. Now and then a bad company does a good thing. Or maybe these people were just unlucky and many have good experiences. But everyone is free to express their opinions as long as they within our terms of service.

Ordered this scooter on O12/7/06 from www.rightwayatv.com
Received this ATV on 12/15/07 from Old Dominion freight.
Assembled the ATV on 12/16/07. Started it up and let is run for 20 minutes.
Hid the ATV from my son until Christmas Eve on 12/24/07. Could not start it at this time.
Had to jump start the ATV in order to get it running. Son rode the ATV approx. 2 hrs.
Next day 12/25/07 the ATV would not start at all. Tried for four hours working on it. Changed the spark plugs, changed gas checked all wiring. Had to keep battery charger on ATV in order to keep trying to start it.
After several hours the ATV started. Son rode it for 1 hr.
We left out of town until 12/30/07. Once we returned the ATV would not start. I bought two new spark plugs. Replaced the spark plug but still nothing.
Waited until 1/5/07 until a small engine mechanic could look at it.
He found that the throttle cable had broken through the carburetor cap and he thought this could be the problem with starting the ATV.
On 1/8/07 I emailed sales@rightwayatv.com. I did this from the contact page on their website at www.rightwayatv.com and from the original email I received from them after purchasing the scooter. No response.
On 1/9/07 I called 972-231-1200 and spoke to the customer service rep. She asked my number in case we were disconnected. She put me on hold for 5 minutes. She then transferred me to a person named Ben. Ben had no idea she transferred me. Ben asked me several questions about the part I needed. I explained the part and he said he knew what I was talking about. He said I need the whole throttle assembly. I told him that I had just purchased this ATV and this should be under the 90 warranty. He asked how long my son rode the ATV. I responded 2 days. He said he would have to have somebody call me and he hung up the phone.
On 1/10/07 I sent another email to sales@rightwayatv.com. Explained I wanted the part I needed or I planed to return the ATV.
On 1/11/07 I called 972-231-1200 and spoke to the customer service rep again. She put me on hold for 5 minutes. She came back and said the service department is busy and could she have somebody call me back. I said sure and gave her my number.
On 1/12/07 I called 972-231-1200 and spoke with the customer service rep again. Explained I would like to return the ATV. She asked my purchase date and said this would not be possible. I asked to speak to a manager. She put me on hold for 20 minutes and never returned.
On 1/14/07 I received a response from my above email attempts. A person named Tony responded explaining they lost some personnel and apologized but assured me I would get the correct part.
On 1/16/07 I replied to the email from Tony. I gave explicit instructions on the part needed.
On 1/20/07 I received the wrong part.
On 1/22/07 I sent an email to Tony asking if I could send him a picture of the part required.
On 1/23/07 I received no response so I took three pictures of the part in question and sent this to parts@rightway.com with salutations to Tony.
On 1/24/07 he said he received the picture and will get the correct part sent in the mail.
On 2/6/07 I sent an email explaining it had been two weeks and we still have not received the part. I again explained I would like to return the ATV.
I never have recieved the part, attempted to dispute charge with credit card company and that was useless.

Thankyou all for posting your horror stories here. I always research the "reviews" of a company before I ever purchase from the internet. I could find nothing until I did a google on Review Bestpriceatvs. I'm a member of Epinions.com and have not frequented the forum very often. All of you are responsible for me saving money and grief. I will not buy from this company becuase of your reports. scootersRfun is the WORST!
I have never before done business, on eBay or anywhere else, where a vender just will not call you back or give any meaningful response. I have now!! I purchased an ATV thru ebay from Jenni at ScooersRfun. At that time, she called me and told me about the ATV. I purchased thru PAYPAL and NEVER heard from her again! I was never given any info about the deliver of the ATV. It did, however, show up at my door about 6 days later. It had no instructions & no manual (for the service care, and alarm).
It did not come with a bill of sale or a certificate of origin, both of which are required in California for registration. Some parts were missing. It runs fine, I just can't take it out of my yard. After repeated (many, many) requests (emails) for her to contact me so we could discuss these issues, I finally had to leave a bad feedback on her ebay account. WELL!, that got her attention....kind of. She left a bad feedback on my account, claimimg I hadn't notified her of the problem and hadn't given her a chance to fix it. I did get an email with a bill of sale attachment and asked if I would accept nullifying both our BAD feedbacks to Nuetral. I said that I would only do so after I received the Certificat of origin. Then an Email came that stated someone was working on my problem.....about 10 days ago! Still no Cert.!!
It has been 5 weeks since my purchase and still no phone contact and no way to register my ATV.
Are you even considering purchasing anything from scootersRfun? |

bestpriceatv = horrible experience
You must be mechanically inclined to put together the go-karts. They tell you on the website that they are 85% put together. That is not the case.
You must be very patient. You will be put on hold for quite some time before speaking to anyone. You will be forced to wait way beyond the time they promise when ordering parts that never came with the go-kart in the first place.
I wish I would have taken the time to look up any complaints before I made my purchase. Buyer Beware!!

I would like to reply to Mr. Cunninghams post. I am the one he is speaking of. He bought the atv from me. Paid through PayPal. He gave an incorrect phone number, so I could not call him at any time. Repeated emails failed to get a response with a correct phone number. I posted his PRO tracking number on his PayPal payment and sent an email with the tracking info. He says that I didn't do that but the records, email, and posting on PayPal prove that to not be true. I shipped the atv anyway and the freight comp. took a chance and dispatched to deliver the atv. Luckily, he was there or he would have had to pay an extra fee for a second dispatch. The atv arrived 6 days after purchase which is fast for freight, even with the phone number delay. He claims that there was no manual. There was a manual, but none of these come with a repair or technical manual. Only a users manual. He told me on the phone when he initially called me that he knew atv's and would have no problem with it. When he told me about the missing paperwork, I asked him to get me the vin number and would have a new title and green papers sent. After a week, he wrote back and gave me the vin. I ordered the paperwork sent and emailed the bill of sale. A week later, I followed up with him and I wrote to see if the paperwork had arrived. He said it had not. I had my shipping manager send it again. She did, priority mail. He said that he didn't get that one either. He then filed a claim on PayPal for a full refund, but wanted to keep the atv or have me pay to ship it back. I personally saw the paperwork proof of the shipment of paperwork to him. So, I ordered for a 3rd time, signature required, the paperwork again. He got it. Hmmmm.
PayPal agreed that he has all he needs and closed the dispute as did Ebay. He also violated ebay policy by contacting my customers outside of a transaction with them. They have written and called me and I have forwarded those emails to my Ebay powerseller rep and to Trust and Safety. They are investigating his actions.
I sell a LOT of atvs, scooters and inversion tables everyday. I have sold these products for over 7 years. I have thousands of happy customers. I have shipped to every one of the 48 lower states & Hawaii and even have shipped electric scooters to our great service men and women in Iraq and Kuwait and they are transporting them around the bases. I am proud of my products and the service I provide. I can only provide service to those who will provide correct contact info and are willing to accept help. Once in a while, Murphy's law will present itself and make for an unpleasant experience. I do all I can to help my customers and fulfil and correct any problems and concerns.
Mr. Cunningham has his paperwork and wrote to say that he is happy with his atv now.
I have a slight comment on Best Price ATV. I had a LONG one month business relationship with them. That was enough to almost ruin my great reputation. In that month's time, they managed to NOT ship most of my customers new product, parts, or communicate with me or my customers. They DID, however, manage to charge my business credit card $1000 without my approval and without a product order. It took 3 months but that charge was deemed unauthorized and fraudulent and I was reimbursed. So, I am in agreement, DO NOT DEAL WITH BEST PRICE or what ever their name is this week. Same ATVs
Has anybody dealt with USAATVs ? Not sure if they are related to BestPriceATV & RightWayATV or not but they sell the same machines, even use the same pics in their adds. Does anyone have any XP with them. I might just shop local for a used one. |

No, neither one of those companies are affiliated with Best Price. I have spoken with both RightwayATV and USA ATVs and they didn't have much good to say about BestPrice. They wouldn't come out and give much detail about their dealings, but I could tell that it didn't turn out well and both vowed to never do business with BestPrice again. |

Go-Kart arrived early!
Called bestpriceatvs and talked to Scott. I was going to purchase the 70cc two speed go=kart for my daughters he informed me that the 70cc were out of stock at this time and they only had red and blue in the 90cc go-karts I could place an order but he could not give me a definite time on the arrival of the 70cc, He talked with someone and told me he would give me a break on the 90cc if I would be interested. I placed the order and the kart was here in seven days I could not believe it.
I took the thing to my father-in-laws and put it together I had to make a trip to the hardware store "had three missing nuts and two bolts that I wanted to replace" I put this kart together and I must say that it is a really nice Kart and very quiet. This is a Christmas present for my girls and it is going to be hard for me to wait, I want to give it to them now!
I have taken it for a spin around the field at my in-laws and believe me that is not easy this kart is for kids "very compact" and I really like the remote start and shutoff/lockout and the over both shoulder and around the waist seatbelts a very sturdy roll bar.
The only negative is the fact that it did not come with an instruction manual I called and they are sending one, it does come with a VCD that shows someone putting together a larger go-kart. I was able to put it together in about three hours without the manual. |

I agree, Best Price Atvs suck. I ordered a go cart. The order took 2 months to come in. When it arrived, the go cart was out of the crate and pieces everywhere in the truck. And to top it off, No manual. Try putting together and finding parts to put this thing together. So, I got my auto-head friends to put all the peices together. My kids drove the go cart for a day, the shock broke off.....fixed that...drove it for another day, then the brake caliper fell off (these were put together prior to delivery). Now the go cart has a busted transmission, and Best Price Atvs tells me, the transmission is a "wearable" part. So, its not covered!!! So much for the 90 day warranty!!! Lets see, we got about 3-4 hours of driving time, we had the go cart for about 30-40 days (about 20 of which is was parked), and the thing cannot stay together or breaks down. I am advisting all the people I can not to buy from this place. |

The 2 ATV’s I purchased arrived in a timely manner and I have no complaints yet I’m also expecting a 3rd ATV from them. But I am kind of worried about the customer service though I need a part and every time I call I have to leave a voice mail I called several times and left messages but the did not get back to me yet. I hope I’m not another victim. I didn’t read any of these post until after I ordered from (Best price ATV) I will post again when I receive my 3rd ATV |

I had bad luck with motorxtremes and would stay away from them. I ordered a scooter online, and about an hour later cancelled the order by phone and an email. I spoke with a customer rep who said he would cancel the order. Later I got an email asking me why I wanted to cancel the order. I told him I didn't have the money, just to get them off my back. A few days later I get a shipping notification, so I send another email telling them I don't want their scooter. After getting no reply, I called again and was told to email a "david" there, so I did, again no reply!!! Finally I sent an email proposing legal action. Well that got the sales mangers attention, and he replied not to threaten him, he did nothing wrong. Well first apearently he has done a few things wrong to run such a crappy operation. Then informs me there will be a $75 cancellation fee. For what changing my order prior to them doing anything? Stay away look around you can do better, I did! |

Buying Cheap ATV on Internet
I feel really bad that there are so many folks purchasing these cheap noname ATVs on the web only to find out later that it was a big mistake. I want to let everyone know, I have been to that ATV place in Farmers Branch TX called BestPriceATV or whatever other 20 names he goes by.
Their service department consists of 1 guy whom has no mechanical experience to speak of. They have mostly hispanic workers working for very little money and dont speaky the english all so well. Their only concern that they expressed to me was "We need to keep them happy until their credit card charges clear". This company says 1 thing and then turns around and says the opposite. People that are trustworthy and forthright do not do this. They say what they mean and do what they say. Trust with your customers is the most important thing. How can you feel good about buying something from someone you dont know or cant trust?The name BMX on those products means absolutely nothing at all. If you make the mistake of giving out your credit card info to this company, call your credit card people, stop the payments, kill the card and get a new one so they cant keep trying to charge your card later.
My advice to everyone is this: Dont buy vehicles on the Internet. You need to purchase your ATV from someone you can get into your car and meet face to face. If you want a good ATV that is worth the money you pay for it, then take a few moments and look for an Authorized American Lifan Dealer in your area. The only Chinese company that I have found that sells quality products, stands behind them, services them is Lifan. Mr. Cunningham's experience was exactly like mine. Search for scootersrfun here on epinions, or see www.scootersrfun.net for more details. Jenni ignores any requests for help, I guess hoping people will just go away.
I only got ahold of her because I tracked down her phone number from her domain registration. She didn't post her phone number anywhere on her websites. I have learned that this is the first sign of a company to stay away from.
Like Mr. Cunningham, Jenni was impossible to reach (strange that she got all his e-mails, but she didn't respond to any of them) until you leave her a negative feedback on eBay. She responds to negative feedback almost immediately, posting stuff like "shipping problem" or "damaged in shipping" etc. She also leaves negative feedback for you. If you don't believe me, go check her out. She is no longer going by 54nash on eBay (gee, I wonder why), she no goes by "webscooterz"

The problem with webscooterz isn't the happy customers, it is how Jenni handles the unhappy customers. As noted before, she ignores, hoping people will give up. Then, when negative feedback is left, she goes on the attack. Again, go check out eBay feedback for "webscooterz" and you will see a clear pattern. No problem is EVER her fault. Always blames on the customer.
I post here and plan to continue to warn folks about what they are getting into with this seller. I think the customer deserves better.

I would appreciate some help with my Kinroad 150 buggy. I purchased this unit from Brestpriceatvs and can not get support help from them. I guess I should have researched where I was purchasing from. Base on reports I'm seeing on the web looks like a lot of people having the same issue. The help I need is trying to hook up the gas tank. I know that the hose with the filter goes to the carb but where. Does it hook to an open nipple on the (looking at the front of the carb) the right side of the carb, and the other hose which I take is a vacuum hose where does it go. Any help would be appreciated. If you could send any pictures on setting up the tank would be great. |

After reading all of these bad posts on "BEST PRICED ATVS" It's really a shame that 1 company can and did ruin a lot of kids Christmas last year,and really hurt a lot of business selling inexpensive imported atvs and dirtbikes!For starters I own a business that sell's and services Chinese atvs and dirtbikes,unlike so many of the "VIRTURAL INTERNET ATV BUSINESS" we have a actual building with overhead like RENT,ELECTRIC,AND HEAT BILLS,and mechanic's that "Service everything that we sell"And with what these company's are selling these atv's and dirtbikes for on the internet for,(With free shipping)Most of the time they are probally earning around approx.$50.00 per machine.It's very clear what they are doing,making their money by selling in quanity,but as I found out(THE HARD WAY)Most of these Chinese atvs can look just like another manufactures atv,QUALITY CAN BE VERY GOOD FROM ONE COMPANY,and TERRIBLE FROM ANOTHER!There are SEVERAL CHINESE MANUFACTURERS HERE IN THE USA THAT I HAVE BOUGHT FROM,AND NEVER WILL AGAIN,BECAUSE THE QUALITY IS TERRIBLE!Sometimes saving $50 to $100 is not worth it..REMEMBER,YOUR MOST PRECIOUS NON REPLACEABLE CHILDREN ARE RIDING THESE,and are your children worth more than saving $100??My opinion is "buy from a company that can service the machines,talk to them about parts(HOW AVAILABLE ARE THEY)How long have they been in business.I HAVE SEEN SO MANY Chinese manufacturers that have had atv's that are about $100-$200 less,Kids ride these atv's and wheel bearings come apart(TERRIBLE QUALITY)and front wheels come off,or frames crack(REMEMBER,OUR KIDS ARE RIDING THESE!)And last,but not least,my kids,and their saftey are worth more than A couple,or a few hundred dollars,I hope yours are to!pls e-mail me any of your problems,or questions about your atv's...I'LL TRY TO HELP! DONT BUY FROM USAATVS.COM
I cant spend anymore time complaining about the piece of junk they shipped. after 6 hours of riding it sits, 4 broken welds, and now the intake manifold snapped in half! This is after 2 mos of receiving, not riding receiving! Do Not buy any Shin Tay 4 wheelers, DO NOT BUY FROM USAATVS.com

Call your credit card company and ask them to send you a dispute form and dispute the charges!
I am not surprised to see so many complaints about bestpriceatvs.com aka bmx imports. We recently ordered a go-cart and had nothing but trouble from that company. I won't go into details about the hassles we've had but thank the Lord we bought it on our credit card. I explained the situation to my credit card company and they sent out a dispute form. I typed up 4 pages of names, dates and times of phone calls to bmx, then returned it to my credit card company. About 2 weeks later they took the money from bmx and refunded the full purchase price of the go-cart to my credit card! My guess is that bmx treated the credit card company with the same terrible customer service that I got and the credit card company hit them where it hurt – their wallet! Mr. Terry Zimmer will not continue to rip people off if everyone will contact their credit card company and get their money back. Not only did they lose the money for the go-cart, it is my understanding that my credit card company fined them for poor customer service AND it is also bmx’s responsibility to pick up the go-cart.

Hi, I'm thinking of getting a scooter from (Scooter are cool). I had a bad experience with (rightway atv)These guys are ripoff. I understand they go under many deferent names. I'm just wondering if this is one of them. Aso has anyone dealt with scooter are cool? Thanks any Info, would help. |

not happy with bestprice atv
My brother purchased a 4 wheeler for my two sons for christmas. The product arived promptly in the exact time they said. My husband called the company with some questions about ordering another one. The guy gave him a higher quote than what the web site stated. It was not alot higher though. The man was also very nice and prompt about calling us back. Since then My husband unpacked the one we had received and tested it out. For a minute it ran great and he was pleased. He shut it off and tried to start it back up to put it in the shed and it would not stay running. He is very michanical and I am sure he can fix it but money will have to be spent on parts and we are afraid to order another one. Christmas will be here soon and I am afraid to order another one. Their were some small repairs my husband had to make that you could tell were the result of being shiped. |

Best Price Atvs & Hart Marketing, Inc Hart Carts
ok, after seeing alot of neg comments on Best Price ATVS, i still decided to order a new utv. I recieved the utv within 1 week of ordering and have had nothing but positive interaction with these guys. I love the utv. However, after paying $4695 for one, i did find the same utv elsewere for $3795 at utv4less.com.
I tried dealing with a company called Hart Marketing. only after giving my credit card info and being charged the same day. I waited 2 months for one. I finally had to initiate a credit card charge back because they simply refused to give a refund.

Best Price ATVs is horrible
I ordered 2 ATVs from Best Price ATVs on 4 Dec and was told the two I wanted were in stock and would arrive in 7-10 days (read 11-14 Dec). Long story short -- emails to the address on the website went unanswered, messages left on voicemail were not returned, and 2 ATVs in stock went to out of stock, then guaranteed by the week before Christmas, to guaranteed by Christmas, to no guarantee of arriving by Christmas -- again, no one of any consequence would answer my calls or return them for that matter. They could have told me this on 4 Dec and saved my frustration. I definitely would not recommend this company for your business. Wish I would have found this website before placing my order, but I thought it pertinent to add to the other frustrated customers of this company -- look elsewhere for your ATV and save yourself the hassle. |

Best Price ATVS
I purchased 3 atvs from Best Price at the end of November that we ordered by phone. They were 2-110cc and 1-50cc and were delivered when they were suppose to. We do not know how well they work because they are Christmas gifts.
I placed another order with them for helmets on Dec 12, 2007 and they promised them for Christmas. Hopefully we never have problems with the atvs because dealing with their customer service is a NIGHTMARE!!!!They never shipped the helmets out so I called to check why. After a few phone calls over a few days they finally shipped them. When I checked my bank card they charged me for another ATV along with the helmets. This is when the nightmare began. The phones ring and ring. When I did get someone they told me I had to refuse UPS when they came and once they got their ATV back then they would credit my card. You can not believe anything that they say.I told them to call UPS and tell them not to ship the ATV to my house and they said they would. UPS later in the day called me to confirm delivery for the ATV and helmets. Best Price never called UPS to stop it in its track. When you ask to speak to the manager they tell you that he comes and goes when he wants and he is unavailable. Another customer service person said that she only gets paid $6.25 to hear everyones complaints. To sum it all up, they sent me something I did not order, took my money, and are making me have to fight tooth and nail to get my money back. Good luck in dealing with this place. They answer the phone when they want and never a supervisor available to help. They are just sales people which leads me to believe that they are just focused on selling and not fixing their mistakes. Apparently they are really good at selling things that you did not even order. I am still trying to get my money back. Save yourself the headache and buy from someone else. I checked the Better Business Bureau of Texas and they have over 1000 complaints this year alone. They steal peoples money and they stole mine. |

Don't buy from Best Price ATV
I have read several of the posts and wanted to let you know my story. I purchased two ATV's from them last year at Christmas. I received them with no problem - they delivered them as promised. The issue arose when my family began riding them. The one unit came with a gas cap that had no air valve - so when you rode it for about 5 minutes, the unit vapor locked and shut off. I contacted them - it took me about 10 tries to finally speak to somemone. They told me they would send the part - they did - but it was the wrong size so it would not work. When I contacted them again, I got no where so I filed a BBB complaint - that went no-where as well, they simply did not respond.
I have now had the units for a year and continue to have problems. I need replacement parts for them and I cannot get Best Price to return my calls, e-mails or faxes. If someone knows where I can get parts for their units, please let me know.
My recommendation is pretty simple - even if you have to pay more for your unit - buy it from someone else - this company has the worst customer service I have ever had to deal with.

I have to agree - I had many problems with Best Price. If you are in the market for a new ATV - my suggestion is to buy from anyone but Best Price. Their customer service is so poor it cannot be referred to as customer service.
They don't return phone calls, emails or faxes. If you need a part - you better find someone else to buy it from because they will not be able to help you!

Okay so I totally regret the fact that we purchased a mini four wheeler from bestpriceatvs. I won't even go into the horrible details of getting the darn machine, it is pretty much like every other story, pathetic. Anyway we have now received the machine, gave it to my daughter yesterday for Christmas. She rode it, so far okay, except we didn't get an owners manual with the thing so we aren't sure how to work it properly. Like it doesn't seem like the kill switch on the handlebars works properly and starting it seems a bit weird to me too. So since I can admit that I bought from the wrong place....is there someone or place that I should now work with for getting an owners manual and for replacement parts? Because it sounds like in no time I am going to need them. |

I made the mistake and buying from best price atv,the unit came in time for Christmas(07)but it had a faulty part and I called back to bestpriceatv and got put off to voicemails and left numerous messages and never once did I get a call back from this company so I called back time after time until finally someone did pick up and when they did I let them have it and the person got so mad with me he put me on a dead line and made me hold for 30 minutes so I called back until someone else picked up and I told them that I would only speak to a manager and so the manager came on and I told her that my atv came with a faulty part and nobody at her company would ever call me back and I told her that I left several messages before Christmas now Christmas has come and my child woke up and cried because his atv wasn't running.So to make a long story short I told them I wanted to get my money back and ship it back and they said the shipping and restocking fee would come to $180.00 in return I settled for the new part(free)but over all customer service was rude at times and satisfaction is poor at this moment so DO NOT BUY FROM BESTPRICEATV.BAD Santa |

We ordered a 70cc atv and after waiting and finally cancelling via email the atv came anyway. We gave it to our daughter for Christmas after the horrendous experience of assemblying it with what amounted to no instructions worth having, it was ridden for about 20 minutes and died. We had a service man look at it who informed us that the magneto was shorted out, the ignition switch was burnt and the wiring (which is an unbelievable nightmare in itself) to the starter button is also shorted out. What satisfaction will I get from Bestprice? Obviously none, now that I've read these posts. We know a friend who got one at Christmas too and theirs ran for a whole 30 minutes!! Why are these people allowed to advertise this junk? My lawyer will be getting in touch soon. |

Just wondering what ever came of this situation...I just bought from them this Christmas and actually got the 2 ATVs that I ordered, but 1 of them doesn't run and the other has a broken weld on the back rack and a broken headlight....I tried to call them with no answer...that lady that answers the phone there is VERY rude..I did speak to the sales lady that placed the order for me and she let me talk to Joe in parts and he told me that he could have them picked up if I want to return them and get my money back, but I wouldn't get the refund until they were both returned to the company...I DON'T THINK THAT IS GOING TO HAPPEN!!....anyway, can you let me know what happened in your case?

I bought an atv for my kids for christmas. Had some issues at first with ordering the right one. Then talked to a very nice young lady that called me back from her cell phone as she went out into the warehouse to have them pull my machine and place it on the dock for pick up. Recieved it the day before Christmas and my kids have been riding it ever since. Some small problems that were easily fixxed. Still worth the money I saved and the kids love it. I just wish I remembered her name as I would like to order another one from her. |

I read numerous epinions on the bestpricesatv.com company and wished I had seen them sooner. Either way I had already ordered my sons 110CC quad. I have to say the "buying" experience was a pleasent one. When I recieved it, it was missing a bolt, not an important bolt just one that connects the right front shock to the frame... After buying a bolt at the local hardware store, I tried to start it but no go. I had spark, fuel flowed well and carb seemed to work but still no go. Thank God I live in a northern state so my son is enjoying video games since he wouldnt be able to ride anyway outside. Long story short, they are sending me a new carb and willing to pick up the tab for install. The price was good but one would expect it to run when you get it. Overall though, mistakes happen and they have always answered the phone, been very helpful, and have done what they said. Maybe I just got a bad apple but I honestly believe they have turned the corner on their customer service and really made an effort. If this carb issue is my only problem I would buy another from them. Stay tuned... |

My Best Price Atv experience
This is the first post I have ever made in this type of forum. I can tell anyone reading these threads, that I would never have bought from bestpricedatvs.com if I had seen all the complaints before I ordered.
I rode atvs when I was young and thought it would fun to buy one for my son and I. I went to the local Polaris dealer and almost fell over at the costs for a new machine. My next step was to look for a comparable bike online. Found "Best Price" and ordered a 300 cc Shaft Drive 4x4. Spoke with a knowlegeable salesman on the phone and felt comfortable in placing my order (Jan 14th, 2008). My bike was shipped within 48hrs and I received it 2 days earlier than expected. I put the wheels and handlebars on, and was excited to have the thing fire right up. I rode the bike for about a week and went out to start it, and it wouldn't start at all. I called Best Price (and after reading these posts kept my fingers crossed) and after two phone calls was talked through the process of getting to and replacing the spark plug in my bike. (unfortunately I am not mechanically inclined) The good news is that the bike fired right up and has been running strong since. I have 50 hours on it now and also bought a 150 RedCat for my son. It has been a great bonding activity for both of us.
The reason that I wanted to share a positive experience, is because I feel people are more inclined to discuss or post if they are unsatisfied. Like I said earlier, I have never posted before, but have had good experiences with many other companies with many other products.
I am not defending Best price for the way it sounds like many of you have been treated. I would be furious if some of those experiences happened to me. I am just sharing a positive experience that my son and I have had.

Do not get excited yet. Our ATV was delivered as promised. Our kids rode it for 2 months and now it has been broke down for 10 weeks. Now we are having to pay for parts that take forever to get. As most of you know the vehicles are built out of the country.
Some minor tweaking of carb after assembly maybe necessary, all vendors and manufactures have this problem including honda.
Most problems can be solved with some help from the technical/parts staff.
Allot of postings on this thread are postings from competitors.
At best price we try to rectify all problems and come up with solutions. Remember you purchased a vehicle things happen during shipment and after assembly .
My suggestions is to remember you child will be on the vehicle do a safety inspection before letting them ride it for the first time and a routine check after that.
Verify all bolts are tight and no leaks of fuel or other fluids.
I have a 110cc that I purchased for my son from best price over a year ago.
I purchased it Before I began consulting for them on technical issues.
After assembly the atv ran rich some light tweeking of the carb gave a good result. He has been riding it 2 weekends a month for the last year with no issues.
I have even played on it a few times (ok I have played on it allot) .
A tech section will be released on the website in the upcoming months.

I also bought a 125cc mini 4 wheeler in Dec of 06. We got it here okay but the back tire does not hold air and they would not do anything about it. The automatic clutch tore up in less than 2 months and we had the extended warranty called several times to get a repalcement wound up buying one from another company costed $80.00 and then cost another $50 to get it put in. Now it will not start at all it was a piece of junk. We bought a adult size ATV and a 125cc dirt bike from other companies and have absolutely no trouble with them. They have very poor customer service and would never do business with them again.

Bestprice atv no so bad
Things must have changed since 2006 with best price atv. I ordered an atv on line in 2/08 and have had nothing but great service from them. Price was great, service has been outstanding, machine was shipped as promised and delivered on time.I even had a tire that wouldn't stay on it's bead and was shipped a new tire and wheel which was at my door in 4 days at no charge to me.
I can only say good things about this company. I don't know how it was run 2 years ago but things have really turned around from my experience. |

Hi I am looking to purchase a moped/motor scooter, and I received an offer at 50% off from motorextremes.com, and I was wondering if there was anyone that has dealt with them, and would you recommend me purchasing from them. As well if you did deal with them, did the offer finance options, I am a college student, and I just can't afford driving my car around to and from class, and not to mention there is never any parking. I am well aware that there are a lot of scams out there and I just want to know if I am getting scammed by motorextremes, before I make any decisions. Best Price ATV's
Like one of the other posters, I didn't ready any of these reviews before purchasing from Best Price ATV's. However, so far I have been pretty pleased with the service. I was able to talk to a live person quickly during the pre-order and post-order phase. UPS Freight did a wonderful job with the shipping. The ATV was more complicated that I thought to assemble, however, it started right up. It's only been a few days so I will reserve judgement on the quality of the ATV. We lost a couple loose bolts on the front brush guard after a couple hours of use. I hope there aren't more to come. It's a nice bike for the price but time will tell how long it lasts. |

Another ATV on fire
Burnella, I saw your ATV caught on fire and noone was hurt. Unfortunately, my client is 6 yrs old and has been undergoing skin grafts for the last month because he was injured when his ATA 110 caught on fire. Please save yourself heartache- do NOT purchase from Best Price ATV of Dallas, Texas. They do not adhere to the standards outlined in their web site: They bill before shipment in spite of stating that they do not. I was billed twice for the same order, and was not emailed with the ship date or tracking number as outlined on their site. I have had to make eleven (11) long distance phone calls, and still am not certain as to whether- or when- the item was shipped. The tracking number given me via phone is not "found" by the shipping company. I have been told that someone would return my phone calls seven (7) different times, yet no one has called me back. After six days waiting for something that was advertised as being shipped within 24-48 hours, I just found out that it (might have been?) was "probably" shipped today. Don't fall for their web ads! |

Lance Duke 150
Received my Lance Duke 150 from Motorxtremes of Oklahoma today. Damaged beyond belief from shipping. The metal crate it came in was crushed. I can deal with some deep dents and scratches so I kept it. Started it up, electrical short started smoking heavily from the wires. Melted alot of wires. Unusable. Any suggestions? Motorxtremes and Lance has not returned my emails or calls - Surprise surprise..... |

338 in the last year? Try eight years. also thats a very low percentage to the amount that is sold, they sell to about that many customers in one given week. Southwest Airlines goes through the same thing its a percentage game. theyre fully licensed in Texas and have been for a while, the state has no problem with them?
it also looks like a majority of those links are dated during christmas time when customers had delays on shipments a few years ago during their first go at a website |

Best Price ATV is wonderful
Cannot believe these complaints as we have bought several children's units and the 300 4 wheel drive and it has been a great experience each time. These units have been very good and we all have had lots of laughs. Any time we have had a problem they take care of it. Parts department gets backed up but they always call. We have been extremely satisfied and checked with the BBB and found out that with the amount of sales they do the complaints are miniscule so we will order again from them. |

i ordered from best price atvs also. it was supposed to be a gift for my youngest son. with luck, my older son, who was around 17 checked up on the site. he found tons of bad reviews
and told me to cancel the order. they also tried to charge my card, but i had warned my company.
DON'T EVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY
p.s. for all you who want to use another online dealer, spend the extra cash and buy from a local dealer who you can trust, because many online companies are unreliable and are made by the same group of scammers/thieves. I bought a new one from a go cart place in illinois. |

I am not a dealer but rather an unsatisfied customer. I'm glad some have had good luck with this company but my advice stay away, after dealing with the wrong delivery, and then the item not being available to hearing four different stories and to keep having to ask for a refund, its just not worth it. Too many other places, like the poster said, local ones are probably a great bet but we ended up buying from motorxtremes.com as suggested by another poster and we are thrilled as we continue to wait for our refund from bestpriceatvs we definately made the right decision to cancel with them and go with someone else. Lesson learned, read the BBB posts and if this stops one person from buying and being disappointed by Bestpriceatvs then it was well worth the time. There is not a lot of customer service left in the service industry but virtually none at Bestpriceatv's - stay away! |

I too have had my run-a-round with Bestpriceatv like so many others have had. I bought my girl and boy a 4 wheeler and have had nothing but trouble with it. Everytime I called I was sent to parts and thats where the trouble started. The left front wheel started making noise and when I found the bearing was moving around inside of the hub I requested a new hub and what was sent to me was something that went onto a very small ATV. When I called the guy back and told him of the mix up he was very rude and said to send both back and they will try to match one up. I said that they should have a parts list for this mid size 110cc and why do I need to send both back and at my cost to boot. He returned with a "Just do it!" I since have fixed the problem myself and will never give a good report towards BESTPRICEATV.com ever. |

I WAS RATHER SUPRISED THAT THEY CALLED THE DAY AFTER WE PLACED THE ORDER AND SAID WE WOULD HAVE IT WITHIN 7-10 DAYS. IT LOOKS TO ME THAT IT WILL BE 7-10 DAYS INTO NOVEMBER IF WE EVEN GET IT AT ALL. AND ITS FUNNY THEY CAN CALL YOU BACK TO VERIFY YOUR CREDIT CARD INFO THE VERY NEXT DAY AND ASSURE YOU THAT PINK CAMO IS IN STOCK WHEN THAT IS NOT TRUE. THANKS FOR THE INFO SO WE CAN CANCEL!! |

Good try, but you're lying again and stretching the truth as usual. The BBB only posts complaints for the past 36 months, not the past 8 yrs. SouthWest Airlines has a SATISFACTORY rating with the BBB, having resolved all complaints...you scumbags at BestpriceATVs do not...and routinely IGNORE and don't even reply to BBB complaints. Your BBB rating is "F" and for good reason...you deserve it. Now let's get to some facts. You and your company sell EXTREMELY POORLY MANUFACTURED garbage products imported from the copy-cat factories in China. You lie about everything from the quality, to the warranty, to having parts....anything to get that money....it's all about the money, right! and once you have the customer's (victim's) money, you crawl back under your rock and ignore requests for after the sale support. You RIP people off via a slick webpage, then you get on here with phoney testimonials to defend your thieving, lying and ripoff ways. What you sell is junk and you know it!!!! I purchased a 300cc 2 wheel drive ATV from bestbuyatvs in January 2007. The only problems I've had with it was a loose connection under the seat to the fuse, a nut fell off the front shock, and a dirty carburetor. I fixed them all my self because I never could get thru to the service tech. I don't recommend buying from them because their service department is useless. Keep in mind that buying a chinese atv will require you to do some fixing on your own. |

i would like to say i was scared to death about the fact that i placed an order though bestpriceatv.com but i would like everyone to know must be they have changed there ways in the last three years i was helped by dan and he was very kind and conserned about what we wanted for gramp and we ordered the utv and he said he would send tracking info in morning when it was loaded and sure enough i was notified and it is on the truck and ups called to verify delivery so lets just say to me i think they are very well indeed and when you call you can get through just thought i would put in a few good words for them ...... maybe it was just christmas nightmere ill let you know when we get it together.......ONE GOOD POST............. |

DO NOT BUY FROM bestprice atv Dallas
I made $4,500 mistake. I got 2 atvs from best price in Dallas. I received them a week later no problem so far so good. I order a 4x4 and got a 2x4 instead, no biggie i called them told them what happend and they said a 2x4 is the same as a 4x4 (B.S) finally a got my 4x4 a week after that. I put them together but they wont start, called them back about 50 times (at least) they put me on hold every time no help. I got a friend to help me and finally got them going. 33 miles later they dont work at all tried everything but no luck. Save some money ( so I thought)by not going to honda etc... NOT! Now am out $4,500. So fustrated not even funny. DON'T BUY FROM BestpriceATV.com not worth the trouble. Now i want to get rid of them but how, no one wants sorry ATV's that wont start. I wish I would of found this site before i wasted my money. |

My posting is alot different! I decided to buy my 2 kids atvs and decided to buy from bestprice. I called on a monday morning at 11am and spoke with a very nice woman and she helped me very. She told me 7-10 days and 24 hours later they e-mailed me to let me know they were loaded on a truck, later that evening the trucking company called to set up the next day delivery. From the time I placed my order to the time it showed up in my driveway was exactly 48hrs., by the way that was from Dallas TX to Jackson MI. Whats not to like about that!!! Took me an hour to get them both ready and when kids got off the bus they were jammin!!!!! I will do business with them anytime and encourage others to do the same.... |

Extremely Offended
I was asked by a colleague to contact Mr. Terry Zimmer regarding a business matter with Best Price ATVs & received an Anti-Semitic message from him in return. Now I am not Jewish but was extremely offended & definitely let him know this & that I was going to report him to the BBB. In return I received a threat of retaliation.
Please everyone avoid this company for not only the poor service & products but also for the bigotry that they spread. |

Best Price Rip off
Recently I purchased a UTV from Best Price ATV these run around $6500.00 not cheap. We have only had the UTV 4 months and treat it like a golf cart, no mudding, rock climbing or anything abusive. The winch has broke, the bed dump, not working and last week the gear shifter broke in half. We took our product in on Saturday to get fixed and basically got the worst treatment I have ever received from the OWNER TERRY. I am 6 months pregnant and have a
3 year old toddler and also my husband was with me. We explained to him how we felt like the UTV was not what they advertised and that we didnt want to pay for any work being done. He said he was going to call the cops on us. We hadnt done anything wronge he just didnt want to fix the unit. Every heard the saying out of site out of mind. The treatment you get when you buy the unit and when there is something wronge are totally different. He didnt want anything to do with fixing our UTV or evening finding out exactly what was wronge. Do not buy from BEST PRICE it is the biggest mistake we have ever made. Now we are stuck with a 6500.00 POS if you know what I mean.

They do not respond to your calls or e-mail, they don;t even resond to the Better Buisiness Bureau that I reporterd them too. I will not ever buy from them again, nor will I recommend my friends or family to them. They are the worst.!!!!1 |

They have to most horrible products. The owners is complete rude and dose not have respect for any one. I know this personally because i was employed there. If the say there sending u replacement parts it just off a another unit that is broke down. There no guarantee that the replacement part even works. |

Looks like bestpriceATVS is now morphing into many names....like bestpricedimports and BMX imports.
For sure they are using the same address at 13401 Denton drive in farmer's Branch, TX and rotary phone numbers.
Also saw a website for cheap burial caskets with same address and phone number.
No wonder the Dallas BBB has not heard of this company's phone number ( 866-474-5060 -1-2 etc.). Likely to be a different name next week ;)
