Pros: cheap, affordable ink, good print quality Cons: no paper catch tray, no paper catch tray.
Ok, so my nice Canon S450 printer's motor for the rollers that feed the paper burned out. This means a trip to the store to buy a brand new printer. With payday still over a week away and bills eating up everything I had, this was not a good thing. T ...
Pros: Light, User-Friendly, Good Picture Quality Features, Inexpensive Cons: No Paper trays, small ink cartridges
I am a college student at Northwestern University. (Maybe one day in the future I will write an Epinions review on my future alma mater! Heh. Wait another year for that!) Anyways, my school recommended that each student should bring their own printer. ...
Pros: Separate black/colour ink cartridges, excellent head alignment, cheap and effective. Cons: No paper out tray or USB cable included.
The last time I bought a printer was back in 2001, but all things must end and I needed something cheap and cheerful, mostly for quick printing of web based documents (yes - I do like trees really), with some digital photo printing from my Canon S30. Simp ...

I was looking forward to this model. I purchased it the day after it arrived at a nearby Office Dep ...
Pros: Cheap ink cartridges, price, Excellent quality printouts, fast Cons: No paper catch tray, USB cable not included
Just purchased today so I havent used it very much. So far I am more than happy with the quality of the printouts.
I had to replace my Lexmark after it crapped out. After researching online I went with the i250 because:
A: $6-8 dollars for black cartridges. (which supposedly last as long as the $30 dollar Lexmark and HP's)
B: $17 for Color
C: TechTV gave it their seal of approval
D: Low maintenance comparable to similarly priced models
E: Good online reviews
I was originaly going to buy a Lexmark Z25 because it was around $30 dollars at Target and my Z11 had served me well, but quickly realized every review was bad.
The only thing I am worried about with the i250 is the waste ink tank (the pads that soak up excess ink) Apparently after you have performed a certain number of print head cleanings the waste tank will fill up and the printer will not work until guess what....You send it to Canon to have it fixed. But that's just what I've read, I guess I find out in the near future.
Pros: cheap, cheap ink cartridges, fair speed and good photo printing Cons: usb cable not included, no paper catch tray
I work selling this product along with many others
I didn't expect much from a $50 printer but was quite surprised, The photo quality was very good and reasonably quick
The lack of a paper output tray is a disadvantage with this printer but can help out where desk space is minimal
The cost per page is also very good considering you can get about 225 pages from an ~$8 cartridge while hp's comparable model (the 3650) uses $20 cartridges and gets about the same page count
