I ordered a replacement black ink cartridge for an Epson C84 inkjet. Ordering was easy and I received the item quickly, however it does not print very well. Simple text printouts look OK but photo prints are horrible (and its supposed to be photo ink). Lots of streaks and bands. Cleaned and aligned heads but it was no help. I cannot recommend this company's product based on this experience.

I have used 123 Inkjets for 2 years on my Canon I-475D printer. The generic cartridges have worked flawlessly and the prices are great.

Owning the odd ball Epson inkjet that was part of the Class action suit. I havent' bought a Ink Cartridge with an epson name on it since I have owned it and for the past 2 years bought exclusively frm 123Inkjets.com

got there free Delivery and payed over 1/2 the price of a new set of inks(6ea) from Staples. Plus I got a double order. I constantly get offers of 28 percent off there already low prices. I highly recommend this site as a source for at least your epson needs. By the way I print almost exclusively photo's and haven't ever had an issue with quality period. Now with the Epson Cartridges they have this bull about letting you know when you are low or running out of ink. The factory units show it is out even
with Ink still availible. This company lets you run them dry.

Easy ordering (well, who isn't these days) and decent customer service. The problem is though, that the product is absolutely inferior. I bought 4 color cartridges for my Epson CX4600 (great printer by the way) and not ONE of the cartridges would print without lines. I expended nearly all of the ink in the cartridges just cleaning them.

I ordered from 123Inkjets, and waited about two weeks all the while checking my PO Box to see if they had delivered. Eventually, after not receiving my ink and needing to print my taxes out, I checked the 123Inkjets website so I could get ahold of Customer Service. Imagine my surprise when I found out that my order had been canceled, and I hadn't even received an email letting me know!

Not only did 123Inkjets cancel my order WITHOUT notifying me, and refused to reinstate it unless I called them on the telephone. The whole point of buying online is that you DON'T have to call.

Taxes being due and time running out, I went to a local store and picked up the ink. Admittedly, it was quite a bit more expensive but much less of a headache than attempting to deal with 123Inkjets customer service. Money well spent!

123Inkjets has a lot of competition...Next time I order ink, I'll be buying it elsewhere.

Delivery speed was average. Order was acurate. Product was defective; Made the print head on epson photo 2200 print in streaks. Made the need to clean the print head every time a print is needed (not recommended to do with expensive printers). Customer service was poor; their recommendation was to try more and more of their cartriges and test each one so I could send them back and get replacements. The person I spoke with at tech support confirmed that the company has had a history of the same problem with their ink cartriges and described it as "bad batches". I won't do business with this company again.

Our first order was incredibly slow in arriving. Our second order was dropped with no notification. Our third try resulted in complete frustration because the site would not integrate with Pay Pal although that is supposed to be an option. We finally gave up and went somewhere else and found a better price anyway. We tried to leave them feedback on their site but that function was not working either - surprised? NO

Ordered a color inkjet cartridge: it only printed magenta. After calling the company and being on hold forever I was told that ink was probably just clogged and to stick a pen in the hole to unplug it. Of course this didn't work, so they emailed me a return label to ship it back for a replacement. Replacement finally arrived after a three week wait and it doesn't work either! After two defective products, I've wasted enough time dealing with 123 inkjets, but did want to take the time to warn readers to stay clear of this company!

I ordered a set of inkjet cartridges for my printer and paid extra for UPS 2nd day shipping. I never heard a word from 123kinkjets about my order, which still hadn't arrived after 3 days. I went to the site and learned that my order was backordered, however, 123kinkjets did not find it important enough to let me know this small detail or to even adjust the shipping that costed me extra. I tried emailing them...I tried "live" online support....I tried calling them. They could not be reached and they never got back to me. I tried canceling my order, to no avail. The order finally arrived almost three weeks later (even after attempting to cancel the order). This place is a scam.

These people are obviously not concerned about keeping customers. As I write this I am still waiting for my order. IT HAS BEEN 22 DAYS!!!!! I have call these people 9 TIMES. These people lie about shipping dates, where the package is in transit and what they will do to rectify the situation. Please use my experience as a warning this outfit is definetly the bottom of the barrel. God I hope the owner reads this .....

well, the website was very easy to navigate, ordering was easy, i signed up for the newsletter, and within a week got a coupon code for 25% off, (they have them monthly? although % off varies) ordered immediately, and received my order in about 3-4 days. the ink worked fine in my epson r340 photo printer, so far i have printed about 60 4x6s and no problems, no lines, splotches etc. no leakages, shipped in great vacume packing, best decision in my (short) photo printing career.

123 Inkjet is my The Most Horrible experience with a Toner Company! I was away and not able to use my HP Color Laser printer when I came back and started using it, my Magenta from 123Inkjet went bad! It is true that the toner was more than a year old but what is interesting is, it was the newer than all my other toners that are HP originals and my statement are back by all my receipts from each toner. I definitely learned my lesson NOT to TRUST 123Inkjet ever again since the company refused to help me even when I showed them printed proof their toner was bad and even when I offered not to get a full refund but just replace the toner and pay for the used portion of the toner. I was forced to walk away with a bad toner so avoid my tragedy and buy at a reputable popular place like Staples or Office Max, thanks.

I ordered a toner cartridge for our Xerox copier. The price was great and it was received in a timely manner. However the cartridge repeatedly leaked toner in our machine. Contacted 123Inkjets, they acknowledged it was probably defective and that I could return it for a replacement or refund. Since I needed the use of the copier, I had purchased another cartridge locally and so requested a refund. I did receive a refund for the price of the toner cartridge, but was not refunded the shipping fees. Since it was defective, they should've refunded that, also. I sent 4 emails regarding this, the last one 2 months ago, all with no response. I maybe should've called, but was fed up by their lack of response to my emails. I will not be doing business with 123Inkjets again.

Beware; a huge risk. Company won't accept returns when your equipment rejects the fake cartridges and displays a message to use a genuine product.

Absolutely horrible.

After some difficulty getting delivery (not 123inkjet's fault), I called the company and they agreed to resend the order. At that point, I had already called the shipping firm three times, and 123inkjets twice.

A week goes by. Where is my ink?

I called 123inkjets and they had completely reversed themselves (without, of course, letting me know). I was made to repeat the whole story to them for the third, then fourth times.

Unlike the previous call, they told me that it was MY problem, that I could "go round and round" with the shipping company myself if I wanted, but that they were, in actuality, not going to do anything at all to help me.

In fact, the customer service "floor supervisor" blamed her own employees, blamed the shipping company, blamed ME, but insisted the whole thing was my problem and my problem alone.

Without doubt the worst customer service I've dealt with in some time.

Do yourself a favor and avoid, avoid, avoid.

Nearly a month later, and I have no ink. I could have gone down to the local Radio Shack and paid full price and saved money over this time wasting experience.

I don't know how this online rip-off joint is still in business. You WILL get ripped off. You WILL have a very hard time getting what you ordered. You WILL be treated lousy. Save your money, your sanity and your time - AVOID 123inkjets.com!

Purchased a keyboard/mouse/video cable for a computer switchbox. Works great. Very competitive price, free shipping, shipped on same day, arrived as expected with USPS tracking number.

I have 7 out of 10 cartridge failures that my HP will not recognize.  They will not replace them!  Don't buy here!

Last year I bought a bunch of cartridges from them. Now my printer has died and I still have a lot of cartridges left. My new printer is not on their "supported" list yet but they very willingly told me to ship my old cartridges back and they will send me a check. They emailed me the shipping label which is POSTAGE PAID! Every time I call them I get to speak to a real person within 1 minute. Even if their prices are not always the absolute lowest, 123inkjets will get my future business.

Well, we ordered 2 Compaq cartridges from them, having had great results from ordering before, and we got them and they were terrible: clogged color and black, not fitting in printer right even though the correct cartridge, etc... We then contacted support and they were very prompt and gave us a return label with paid shipping. We waited a long time to get the replacements, finally having to call to inquire about where they were. When we finally got them back, the color was terrible and the black was running out of the cartridge all over the place. Attempts to clean the cartridges as recommended by them made it worse! DO NOT buy from them! We are getting our refund, and never buying from them again.

The shopping online was easy enough, however the shipping is to say the least, lacking. I ordered my Ink on 9/15/05, granted at night, on a Thursday night. They say they shipped it on 9/17/05 and USPS says 9/20/05, that's three (3) business days. The item never has arrived and their customer service is the worst I have ever dealt with, only because you can never get a hold of anyone. They obviously could not care less about returning customers. I strongly suggest avoiding this company at all expense. Unless you can go right to their showroom so as to know you are not getting screwed. I have emailed them and called them numerous times with no response. AVOID AVOID AVOID

The ink ruined my printer head on my canon printer! It will be $80 to replace it. The money back guarantee
is fake, they wont give you money back- you call they say they will send you a shipping bag, it never comes, so you call back, it goes no where, you email, they send a shipping labile and you return the unused inks still in the box you bought before it killed your printer, then a month later you get more useless ink you can use! they say they cant do a money back..... still cant find out why. crappy service and do not trust that ink! It was easy to get, it was cheap, but wait till you have a problem!

I've ordered a fair amount of ink from this company. The ink is good quality and produces good-looking photos and other color projects. The prices are good and my orders have all arrived within a week.
My only complaint is that the cartridges don't seem to carry as much ink as the name brands. To be fair, the cartridges in my Canon printer are small, but for a big printing project, I can zip through half a dozen color and black cartridges.

ordered item 1 week ago told in stock. Delivery information wrong on post office del confirmation. Called customer service said have to wait 15 days . Told them about problem. Was told the policy is the policy. Tried to call back customer service three times on hold over 40 min each time and then get disconected. Stay aware from this company no responce to e mails also sent three.
