I've been purchasing from advanced lamps for quite awhile. I have never had a bad experience. Everything has always arrived when expected and in good condition. I will continue to buy from them in the future

I have bought a few items from this merchant, and they have always arrived on time or ahead of time, and I have never received damaged or defective goods. Their prices are always good,  but the important thing is that I trust them to deliver the goods I order promptly and in good working order.

Competitive prices, frequent bargains, helpful alternative purchasing links, well-organized and product-informative website, easy check-out, easy cancellation of mistaken orders, easily accessible and clear information about  past orders, and  speedy delivery. Because I haven't needed to return any products, I can't speak to that aspect of their operation; however, all else appears to be on the leading edge of on-line merchandising

Your company is very competively priced. This is the second TV I have purchased. I like the quality of service that is behind the products you sell. I have spoken with your representives over the phone and felt that they wanted to help me whether I decided to purchase or not.

I have been purchasing from advancedlamps  for just over a year for our company and I can tell you, they are hands down, the easiest and fastest to work with. Their prices beat darn near close to everyone. Their orders come in a VERY timely manner and should you ever need to return an item, their return process is VERY expeditious and they credit your card back quickly. Kudos advanced lamps, you guys are a lifesaver

DON"T BUY FROM THEM!!

ordered a bulb from AL on 6/6/09, it failed 2 mo later.  called for a replacement which they said they would send out as soon as they recieved a new shippment.  After 1 month and numerous phone calls I demanded a refund.  They refused but mysteriously found 1 last bulb in the warehoue.  After receiving it 5 days later I installed it and watched 1 football game (4 hours).  The next morning the bulb failed again.

After calling again and demanding a refund (which they refused) they said they would send out a replacement, when they received their shippment. After another month (2 months since the original failure)  they sent me a bulb that I neither want or need ( I bought another bulb weeks ago from another vendor).

I've dealt with Advancedlamps on 2 previous occasions. Both times customer service was helpful in answering my questions about the products. Ordering was painless and shipping was quick. All this, wrapped up in a company that offers quality products at some of the best prices, makes for one very satisfied repeat customer!

I ordered my LCD TV at Advanced lamps after reviewing many sites. Because of their great reviews, I decided to purchase from them. I was pleasantly surprised to see that they surpassed my expectations. They shipped the same day of my order and the order arrived a day earlier than projected. I got exactly what I wanted without any hassles and ended up saving $250 vs. my retail store price. I was able to track my order and everything went perfectly. I would purchase from them again and I will if I need a product that they sell.

Fast turnaround on order processessing and shipping. I am impressed for an online order. Ordered TV on Tues and shipped same day, arrived on Thursday with no incidents (for "free" shipping). I was updated via email on order process. TV arrived in great condition.

WARNING: DO NOT BUY FROM ADVANCED LAMPS or you will regret it.
They claim to sell manufacturer certified parts but will ship you aftermarket parts that will burn out in 3-6 months. I bought two lamps from them in 2007 & 2009 and both blew in less then 6months and they will not replace it even if its under warranty.
Also note that Advanced Lamps have frequent security violations resulting in customer credit card information being stolen so check your credit if you bought anything from them and report anything unusual.
