I received the 2 batteries and charger quickly. After a few days, one of the batteries failed. I contacted after5pm and they said to simply send the battery back for a replacement, including a copy of the original invoice. When I was unable to locate the invoice, after5pm provided me with the invoice number and accepted my return without an invoice. I am still waining for the replacement battery, but I expect it shortly.

AS THE GOODS WERE SHIPPED TO CANADA I COULD ONLY TRACK THE ORDER TO THE FACT THAT IT WAS DELIVERED TO THE POST OFFICE IN CALIFORNIA AFTER THAT NO OTHER INFORMATION ALTHOUGH I TRIED TO CHECK DAILY. IT ARRIVED AT ABOUT THE TIME I EXPECTED (2WEEKS)WITH ALL THE PROPER PAPERS ATTACHED BUT NO OTHER FEES WERE CHARGED. VERY SATISFIED WITH THE WHOLE PURCHASE.

I sent an email saying that I had two of these batteries in my cart but looking at the item on the web page it said it
was on backorder. The reply I received from After5PM.net was that if it's in your cart it is reservered for you.
The batteries were backordered and I still have not received them.
Also, they gave me a USPS tracking number. But at USPS.com the tracking number says that it had been pulled but the package has not been received.
