Ordered 8 small batteries on 4/20. Price was competitive, however paid $8 in shipping. on 4/28, 8 days later received a notice that items had finally shipped via 1st class mail. As of today 5/1 have not received the items. Contacted store - they claimed they were closed for 7 days and that there was a notice on their web site. 1) there was no such notice visible, 2) there was no notification of this in the order confirmation email. Store refused to refund my shipping. I will not shop here again.

I needed several different types of batteries (watch, NiMH, etc.) and found this site. They had all the battery types that I needed, although I did not recognize several of the brand names.
I placed my order on 6/23/07 but these off-the-shelf items did not ship until 7/6/07. Granted there was the Independence Day holiday, but still... Everything shipped at one time, in one package and I received it on 7/9/07.
The shipping charges was pretty high for the size package and the weight, but as I said before, the prices and availability of all the items I wanted in one place (I didn't have to drive around town trying to get them all at different stores) offset most of the shipping charge.
Not a bad experience at all, but I do wish their shipping was faster.

I paid to have my order shipped via UPS and BFM shipped via the postal service a $3.00 difference. I E-mailed BFM about the problem on 7-15-08 and now it is 7-21-08 ample enough time to correct this problem. I never received a response. When you pay UPS Shipping you should get it. Batteries arrived in a plain yellow bubble envelope. Batteries were in good shape. What I saved on the batteries I feel I was ripped off on the shipping ! BUYER BEWARE !!! GO FOR THE CHEAP USPS SHIPPING !!!

I ordered a large number of batteries on Monday, 7/7/08 and was told they'd ship it 3 day air. On Monday 7/14, I still had not received my items. I called the company, and was informed that they didn't have what I needed in stock, but could send a "BFM" brand, and it would cost less... and would have it to me by Wednesday 7/16. On Wednesday 7/16, I received an e-mail saying that they didn't have the items for my order (stating a different item #), and could they send something else? I called, and was told, no, the e-mail I received was incorrect, and should get them by Wednesday. They didn't come. It's now Thursday... wonder if they'll get here today!

AVOID THIS MERCHANT! Duracell batteries being sold as new are in fact used, and marked "original equipment battery - NOT FOR RE-SALE ". Half of the ones I tried had less than 50% capacity.

I ordered 20 Duracell DL123A batteries on 12/23 and got them on 1/3.  All have exp date of Mar 2018.  Half the price of area stores.  Will order from here again.
