In all, we did have a good experience with Bedroom Furniture Direct, but we did need to have some replacement items for the item we purchased because the wrong materials were sent. We had to deal directly with the merchant and Bedroom Furniture Direct had given us the contact information. I am a little disappointed because we are still waiting for the replacement items.

Great quality upholstered headboard. Fair price too. No order tracking information, which surpised me. I emailed cust. service, and within 1 day they sent me a tracking number and all info I needed to just click and track from the email sent from cust. service.
Over all, I liked this merchant, and loved the quality and price of the headboard. Instructions for assemply of headboard to bed frame were easy to follow. Lots of choices on this site and free shipping were the main reasons I purchased from them. I was able to find exactly what I wanted. I would definately recommend this merchant, and will buy from them again.

Fairly good prices. Promised to ship in 3-4 weeks. I called after 26 days to check the status of the order, and was told that it was scheduled to ship in three days. Four days later (after waiting over 4 weeks to get our furniture which we badly need) BedroomFurniture.com sent us an email stating that they didn't even have the items in stock, and that one item was no longer available from the manufacturer. They did however allow us to cancel the entire order.

The mirror I ordered was damaged in the shipping process and had to be re-ordered. It was not a bad experience but not a great one either. Hopefully the second mirror will not be damage.

The headboard was exactly as described and arrived in perfect condition.
Putting it together was very simple and all pieces were in the box and they
all fit! The directions were a little difficult to understand and could be
improved. We're very happy with this purchase.

Michele was an excellent customer service rep. I had a small problem receiving my dresser but she helped immediately and followed up to make sure I received it. If all customer service could be this perfect! The product was hard to put together and looked cheap, but it works. The website was very easy to use. It was nice that the price was all inclusive. I recommended Bedroom Furniture Direct to my roommate.

We liked the headboard and cubbie bench. The drawers on the dresser and nightstand are not as good of quality as the last dresser we bought from Wal-mart. I am thinking of either returning these items or trying to sell them to someone else. They are not acceptable for the price paid. I will not recommend this website in the future.
