I would shop Best Buy again but not use the same store for pick up. The employees there did not acknowlege that I was waiting for service and took a while before someone asked if I needed help and took care of me. Then she was very pregnant and I again had to wait while someone else came along to pick up the box to put it on the counter for me. Shows poor planning on the stores part.

Best Buy's online store pickup program was a wonderful experience. The product was in stock, I was able to receive special internet pricing and save on shipping by picking my product up in the store at a designated counter. I also enjoyed the reserved parking for online buyers. Will use this service again and again!

Tried to purchase printer online in the morning and pick up at the local Best Buy later that same day. Never got a confirmation so in the afternoon I called to find out why and was told "I just have to wait for the confirmation and there was nothing they could do to help me". After another hour, I tried to cancel the purchase online and couldn't, so I called and cancelled it. The person I cancelled it with really didn't seem to care after I explained why I was cancelling. Talk about a total lack of customer service. We'll shop elsewhere from now on......

I purchased a NASCAR Video Game from Best Buy specifically because they offered an exclusive box cover featuring the Best Buy car. My game only came with the original cover. I will bring it back to my local Best Buy today.
