I have not received the item ordered. I was notified that it was backordered and would ship at a later date than originaly indicated. I had upgraded my shipping service to get it sooner, but there was no mention of a refund of the shipping cost.

It took a little longer than I expected for the order to go through the system, be sent and them for me to receive the merchandise, but I was able to follow the package through the UPS system and that helped.
