Order by phone but highly recommended!

Pros: The ordering went pretty smoothly. I ordered a Danby counter high compact refrigerator at a discounted clearance price. The shipping was reasonable. Definitely not outrageous. The customer service as well was pretty helpful. The only run around I did get was receiving the confirmation email stating that my order has been received. Other than that, everything went smoothly as promised. I ordered on Thursday, July 19th and i got a "shipped" email from fed ex on Monday, July 23rd. And now it is in transit and will be expected on Saturday, July 27th. Also, they take PAYPAL! Which was fantastic.
Cons: Delayed cofirmation email.
Overall: Recommended. The best way to order from them is by phone. When you order by phone they are able to tell you what is backordered and what is in stock (calming down the fears from people, like me, who read the past reviews about month(s) long delivery). So I definitely advise for you to order via telephone so that your ordering experience can be much more precise. Their prices are pretty reasonable as well!

They charged my credit card the day order was placed, never informed me item was back ordered. it is now day 30 I still have not recieved the item. Customer service is very unresponsive to complaints I assume since they get so many. I would never do business with them. They should inform a customer when item is back ordered so we can plan accordingly. The price was not cheap I found other e retailers who had it cheaper but was back ordered.

I found they had a competitive price and high ratings. Placed order, got confirmation then several days later I received a "Sorry your item is not in stock" message. When I ordered it it showed in stock, the order went through but days later I get "sorry". I was told it could be 2 to 3 weeks before stock arrives, at this point I tell them "sorry".

We purchased a wine fridge from this vendor recently. Item was well priced and arrived very well packaged. Only down side was it took a couple of days longer than it should have, however, when I called to find out where it was the people I spoke to were polite and helpful. I would use this company again.

I can't begin to tell you how happy I am with my Beverage Factory purchase. I was worried about making such a large purchase from the web but the customer service was EXCELLENT. My questions were answered by a "human", the summit refrigerator came a week later. When I discovered a small part was missing I called customer service, received excellent human service again, and the part came within days!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I am so impressed with this company and LOVE my new refrigerator.

Brutal!

It has been 7 weeks since I placed my order for a wine cooler and I'm being told now that I have another 2-3 weeks to wait.
Three times they have delivered a damaged product and once it was the wrong model.
I've talked to customer service and the only recourse I have is to cancel my order and get a full refund.

I ordered an Avianti wine cellar in December. They called me a month later to say they couldn't deliver it to a house that is located on a dirt road. They wanted me to pick it up myself, in Denver (it weighs 300 lbs) and I said I was unable to do that. They charged me for return shipping ($125) even though it was THEM who wouldn't deliver it. The customer service people were the rudist I have EVER dealt with. Clearly, this company has no interest in pleasing the customer. STAY AWAY from these unprofessional people.

Shopping here has been a most frustrating experience. Every other mail order company I have ever dealt with notifies you if something is out or stock or on backorder. Beverage Factory prefers to hold up your entire order because one small item is out of stock. Two weeks later, when I ask where my order is, I find out that it is being held until the item comes back in stock. When I tell them to cancel that small item and ship the rest of the order, two weeks go by and I STILL haven't received anything. Communication has been really poor. My client who is waiting for me to install their beer lines is breathing down my neck. I should have just ordered from MicroMatic and not tried to save a few bucks from Beverage Factory.

I ordered a wine refrigerator from BeverageFactory.com. I picked them because they had the largest selection and the best prices. I called to place the order and they picked up the phone right away...which is really important to me. The salesman, I think his name was Jesse, was very helpful and knowledgable. They had the item in stock and it shipped right away. That was a couple of months ago...since then I have sent some friends gifts and everything has been smooth. I know where I'm doing my xmas shopping!

The above was total BS - I received my fourth replacement today busted up again - still packed the identical same way.
Beverage factory didn't do jack! Franklin doesn't care if it's packed well. I have shipped back $2400.00 worth of these refrigerated outdoor beverage carts. They arrive to me busted up - I would sure hate to see them when they get back to Franklin. Beverage factory doesn't ship them - no big surprise there huh.

Customer service was very good even though the unit was damaged when it arrived. My only complaint is the refund was not issued until the unit arrived back at the seller, because I did not choose to reorder exactly the same item.

Our product came in damaged but the service was great in getting the damaged product returned and re-ordered. We now have our new unit in place and it's exactly what we needed. I would rate the service of handling the damaged product and reshipping the replacement second to none.

The stove was on back order. They communicated this to me when I called. The expected delivery date was acceptable, but it actually came 10 days earlier than expected. The packaging was wonderful and there was no damage. UPS did a great job delivering and helping me check. I am very pleased with the price and the service.

Our wine refirdgerator took over two weeks to arrive. Communication was lacking regarding the whole delivery process. I expected better tracking and info to have been given by beveragefacory. I had called customer service after one week, they said they would email me the next day to update me...that necer happened.
The products I recieved were excellent, prices were reasonable. Just expected better customer service which is where the improvement is needed.
