Order accuracy - Perfect. Received everything as pictured.

Delivery speed - Using Fedex ground, package was shipped on a Friday, received order on the following Tuesday. Way quicker than I had imagined!

Overall satisfaction - 5/5. This was the best experience I have ever had ordering anything online. They went above and beyond my expectations! I ordered online and called the store the nextday to confirm my order. The sales man did convince me to buy some of the accessories which I did because I also convinced him to give me a deal. My item was delivered three days later and I was pretty satisfied with my purchase.

The Blue Switch Store should be commended for being a customer friendly with superior service and quality that beats large-name competitors both with price and products. I had a very positive experience both with customer service as well with the merchandise (digital camera) that I purchased. After shopping hard and long dealing with other companies that have terrible to rude mannerism about customer service I came across Blue Switch to have highly trained representative and customer support staff that is superior and as competitive to big name online stores. I wish them all the success in the future as I write this first review as a very satisfied and happy customer.

My overall experience was great. Blueswitchdigital had the best price by far on the Canon EOS Rebel Digital Kit. I had tried to purchase this camera from several other online stores only to find out they weren't selling the full U.S. retail package. Be careful of the "foreign" or "body only" rebels on other etailer sites. I placed my order over the phone because I wanted to talk to someone to make sure I was ordering the real deal. The order was quick and easy without any pressure to buy anything else. The only problem with the transaction came because I placed my order over the phone. Since I didn't place my order online, I didn't receive any order confirmation. I called a couple times after placing my order and was not successful in receiving an order confirmation. The shipping took a long time too, but it's just because I'm on the west coast.

After reading reviews of this merchant I felt that purchasing there is a bit risky, though I decided to do so - mainly due to low price. Fortunately my experience with this merchant was good - I received a confirmation email, then an agent called me to confirm my order. Tried to sell me some expensive add-ons but was not pressing too much when I refused. I received my camera earlier than expected and it is working all OK. I would risk again.

I had an excellent experience with Blue Switch Digital. I purchased a Fujifilm Digital Camera, my first, 10/10/04 by phone order. I found CSR "Manny" to be very helpful and knowledgable. He was able to identify the accessories I would need and make appropriate recommendations with no hard selling. Free Shipping was indeed included and my items arrived, all of them exactly as specified in the order, within 2 days!! My experience with BlueSwitch Digital was superior and I would not hesitate to buy from them again.

I ordered a Canon A85 for much less than found elsewhere. Yes, I did have to go through the upselling "confirmation" phone call, but I was firm, and it was brief.

Camera was shipped out, and I received it two days later with expedited shipping.

I Selected this merchant because of their rating and price/product availability - even though slightly higher than lowest price. I bought a camera, battery pack, and flash cards. The site indicated free shipping, as did my basket. Following my order, I was charged $30 for shipping. When product arrived, only camera was in box, but invoice indicated all items should be in box and my card was debited for all items. Despite MULTIPLE attempts, merchant does not correct error or even communicate status. Charges remain on my card - I have since had to purchase the other items elsewhere and learned they were about 1/3 the price the merchant was charging.

To begin with I'd like to say I am always skeptical, especially when I buy something "sight unseen". These people deliver exactly what they imply. In the world of competitive pricing, its the unique combination of price and customer service that is undeniably irreplaceable. Zach answered all my anal questioning with patience,respect (even though he educated me on the item of interest) intelligent answers and all with a friendly attitude. I was skeptical when I had to call after placing an online order. The sales Rep. offered me some good values I accepted And some things I didn't. There was no pressure for the ones I refused. The camera was delivered as promised complete. I will return for my next camera.

Great on-line ordering, customer service was average. Tracking packages is a bit tedious. My only regret is getting the order processed and shipped. It has taken from the time of ordering 9 days and still no product. I don't really understand. I am only 2 states away from NY. I am still waiting for the products ordered!

Everything was priced and delivered as promised. Call to confirm online sale included some upsell on phone but salesman was very nice and not at all pushy. I ended up buying some other things that I was going to purchase from another source.
