Ordering was easy, and the product was shipped promptly.  Unfortunately, it was the wrong size.  The website says "size small."  What I received was medium.  Their customer service rep said that what they meant was that the product tends to run small, not that I would receive the actual size small.  They refused to exchange the product because it was sale priced.  I even offered to exchange for a less expensive item and not get a refund, but they refused that also.  This company does not want repeat customers and does not stand behind their products.  Order with caution!

Terrible experience. Poor customer service. They absolutely refuse to take responsibility for their mistakes -- all the way up to their VP Ian McDonald.

I was sent the wrong items, which I needed in time for an event. They refused to expedite shipping to make up for their mistake. I was quite shocked to receive a "care-less" attitude all the way up the the VP.

I will never shop nor recommend this company. I've owned a business for 20 years and I would never reject a customer the way they have.

Had a horrible experience with this merchant. Product came weeks after I ordered it. Was never told it was on backorder. Then, turns out they shipped the wrong product but made me pay for shipping twice.

Product finally arrived and was of poor quality, thin paper, printing was skewed. Called and was told I could return it AT MY EXPENSE.

Really poor attitude and bad customer service.

the product was beautiful and came to me very quickly i am very impressed and would deffinitly shop here again thank you for every thing it made my wedding on not only a marriage basis but a personal basis cause my grandmother (1938-2005) loved doves and it just made my day to see them thanks again

If ordering from Canada DON'T!
After paying $21 on a $47 order, I was asked to pay another $42 by UPS for clearing customs. UPS are known in Canada for this rip off, however I was not aware they were sending my order via UPS. The US Postal Service does not have this problem!!!
I refused the order and now I am told via email that another charge of $57 would be due to return the merchandise, therefore no refund will be given and the package has been abandoned, all without any prior explanation!
I was told that was the way it was and it was my tough luck.

This is a great site!  Super quick delivery...I ordered late on a Monday night and the order was in my hands by 1:30PM on Wednesday.  It was neatly packed and the order was correct. The prices were awesome compared to other sites.  My only problem was that they didn't have everything I needed!  I wish they had more of a selection compared to that of the other sites.  BUT if they have what I want, I'm ordering from them!! No Doubt!  They are simply great!!

Great prices, fun to shop with, and my order arrived so fast. Highly recommended. I am sure I will shop with them again.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, TERRIBLE QUALITY, COMPANY DOES NOT STAND BY PRODUCTS. BUYERS BEWARE! Purchased sale item and received DEFECTIVE product. Each salesperson/VP/General Manager fed me the same company line: "the items I bought were accurately reflected on the website, and sale items are not refundable." They claimed my displeasure was a matter of opinion - interesting tactic. Sounds like "bait-and-switch" to me. Company allowed for a one-time product refund, but no refund on shipping, even though items are defective. Not worth the money to ship items back with no shipping refund. These are going in the trash. Buyers, beware of Century Novelty!
