I was so desperate to find a replacement Color Laser Printer that would fit into a dwindling budget. Nobody, and I mean NOBODY could come close to the price that I got from CompuBiz. I literally saved over $100.00. As for delivery, I got it in only 3 days. CompuBiz not only saved me a lot of limited funds, it saved me lots of time with such quick delivery. Thanks, and I would certainly recommend CompuBiz to anyone who needs a printer. Kudos to the company.

My highest recommendation to the folks at CompuBiz. I purchased a printer from them a few weeks ago, with it being received as scheduled. It worked fine until yesterday, at which time a serious hardware problem developed. My 30-day CompuBiz warranty had just expired, so I was referred to HP. HP then walked me through a myriad of diagnostic procedures, eventually confirming that my machine was in fact dead. For $600 plus shipping, they would be glad to sell me a new one.

Stan at CompuBiz spent the greater part of the following hour on a conference call with HP and me. HP countered with an offer where I'd receive a replacement printer if I paid $54 for the shipping. CompuBiz helped me insist upon the following deal: HP will send me a functional printer; they can have the defective one back.

CompuBiz provided excellent service to what will definitely be a repeat customer.

This is my third time to shop here. Overall, I find their prices competitive. Once, their Customer Service called me up to verify whether I ordered the printer and even asked to authorize the shipping information. I liked that because that means they are protecting their customers against credit card fraud. Moreover, the shipment of the item was better than expected in terms of delivery time. Since I ordered ground shipment, I thought, I will get it on the 7th day. I got the printer on the 4th day. It was amazing! Lastly, there was an incident where I ordered a usb cable along with the printer. The usb cable wasn't there probably because it got lost during transit, I called up their Customer Service and delivered another USB cable right away. So far, my experience with Compubiz was awesome. I will definitely shop here again!

I ordered on a Monday, and got my item that Friday (cross-country, from CA to NC). No tax, free delivery, and it was already a very good price. It's a Garmin Nuvi 350 GPS, and it arrived fine--everything I was expecting. I was asked to confirm that it was OK to ship to my work address (not what is on file with the credit card) but that was very easy.

So far, this unit is working fine. It acquires a signal faster than my other Garmin (a Nuvi 200), and it also speaks street names pretty well, and comes with an AC adapter and carrying case. Considering the price I paid, I think I got a very good deal.

I would definitely shop with these guys again!

The HP Printer that was Purchased from COMPUBIZ was used and registered to someone else. CompuBIZ is not reputable. There CS department was nice but they are not reputable and after reading reviews seems like this is a common practive by them.

Wide selection, fair price. Would recommend this website to other prospective buyers. Item description is very clear and precise. The warranty program offered is a necessary addition for any purchaser of electronic products and the price is right. IN purchasing the Kodak Camera which I have selected, another feature in my decision was the fact that the dock was also included in the purchase price. This saves approximately 70.00.

Ordered a printer that was on their site. Called back 5 days later to say they do not have it.

Very disorganized.

Scam website here. They are part of EnterComputers and Compubiz. They sell products that dont have warranty and are full of liars. I bought an HP printer that had no warranty. Luckily HP rep went above and beyond replaced it. CompuBiz and EnterComputers are the same company and are cheaters!

i got fooled by these guys. stay away product i got was not new as advertised. clearly used and repackaged to look new. im not an idiot ive been in the IT business for years.

i was cheated by COmpubiz on a HP Printer. Suppose to be new but it was used. Horrible experience customer service is very rude.

It was indeed online shopping made easy. The customer service is excellent and they really know what they are selling. I got my products on time. Very reliable as usual, this is the 3rd time with Compubiz, and it's great. I will definitely keep coming back.
