This is the 2nd time I'm shopping with CompuBiz and I had no problem(s) at all and thats what I need.

Shipment came late. product looks to be used not new. i could not recommend them to even my worst enemies.

I found the product I needed easily. This company's website is user-friendly and very informative. I have received my order yesterday. It was faster than I expected, because I just ordered it the other day. Good work CompuBiz!

I am not really an online shopper. I think I did some online shopping like only once or twice last year. However, when I saw the HP 4250 that I am looking for that was reasonably priced on the internet (Compubiz website), I decided to give it a try again. It was an amazing online experience because the price was competitive, the delivery time was better than expected and the after-sales service was great. I give this merchant a two thumbs up!

I purchased an hp printer and was very pleased with the product. It was new unlike other reviews might say.The delivery was on time and I was pleased at how easy it was to purchase it.

I got a GPS and I was amazed at how it helped me through my driving directions. The Garmin 660 was great! Thanks to Compubiz for offering great deals on functional items such as this.

I ordered a printer on Saturday for $438 plus $50 s/h. Order was taken and card passed verification.
Was called Monday and they left a message to call. I tried ten minutes later and and could not reach the person.
Finally connected on Wed morning. I noticed my order was placed on a "hold, please call status" and the price on the website was changed to $499. Customer service said they were no-longer in stock. I asked why it was still on the website and they said they did not have time to change it from the weekend. I then asked why they found time to raise the price -- long pause, followed by I don't know. I was then given the option to purchase a different printer with less features or cancel the order.
Obviously did not want to do business with company that lies to it's customers.
Do not recommend this company.

these guys sell repaired and used equipemt as new. Stay far away from CompuBIZ. I will spread the word on these crooks!

Everything from the order process to the tracking to the final delivery date went very smooth. The price was excellent, it was easy to track the product online, I knew where my product was everyday that I checked the tracking of shipment. Thank you for an excellent shopping experience. I had no problem. They had the best overall price for what I wanted. I have just ordered it, so not sure about delivery process, but have already received my confirmation letter.

First time shopper. Price was great. Ordering was equally easy. Will check their site often for more great prices and order through them again.
