2/12/2006 - placed web order for 2 monitors.

2/13/2006 - received email confirmation of order.

2/14/2006 - received telephone call that they didn't handle this item any longer, but had a similar item for $120.00 more (67% increase). We told the representative to cancel the order and are back on the web to shop again.

Now, this simply could have been a case of "we shipped the last one out Saturday night, can't get any more, and on Sunday nobody was working to update the web site's database", but it sure rubs the wrong way.

We'd try them again if we find a deal, but if their deals aren't deals, Newegg and TigerDirect will have our business instead.

not good here they are scam website that sells used products as new. stay as far away from them. i placed an order only to find out my product was used without any warranty.

i was very satisfied with my overall experience in Compubiz. They have a great customer service and helped me find what i am looking for at a best price. My order was delivered on time. I would definitely recommend this seller again..:)

When my HP laser printer recently died, product reviews pointed toward a Samsung unit which was attractively priced at CompuBiz USA. The day after placing my order, I was notified that the model I selected was out of stock. My disappointment was quickly put to rest as I was telephoned by CompuBiz Customer Service Specialist, "Stan", to assist me in finding a suitable replacement. For just a few dollars more, he was able to identify a more advanced model with superior specs to the model I had originally chosen. Stan patiently responded to the myriad of questions I presented, referring me to the manufacturer's web site and emailing additional information. Finally, after deciding that I would do some additional research, I realized how impressed I had been with his personalized service. I immediately picked up the phone, punching in the CompuBiz number with Stan's extension (x131) and proceeded with my order. In today's competitive marketplace, CompuBiz possesses the ideal combination of great pricing with staff who care. I highly recommend doing business with these people; Stan is the best!

I purchased a product from Compubiz and was doing some more online shopping and came across a message board about internet dealers scamming unsuspecting customers. Compubiz was on that list of bad dealers. I saw negative reviews about Compubiz over and over on a message board forum saying they are the same company as EnterComputers. So I checked on some business owner look up sites and it was TRUE! Stay away from Compubiz and EnterComputers they are the same owners! They hide behind different company names. Thank god you are able to lookup owners of businesses to see who they really are. There is a message board I ran across that talks about internet scammers and Compubiz and Enterscomputers has come up numerous times. They are known to sell used and broken products that have been fixed as new products. If you dont believe me look it up and you will see its owned by the same people! I was lucky enough to cancel my order but I still haven't recieved my refund from these guys!

Got a HP printer was told the unit was brand new. I noticed the printer had scratches on it. Didn't mind that but after 1 week of using the product it died on me. I called HP tech support and was told the unit was refurbished. These guys sale used and refurbished products as new. buyer beware these guys are not honest.

I was surprised by the large amount of merchandise available plus the ordering process was very easy even though I was going back and forth before checking out.
