do not buy from CompuBiz. They are not reputable. Was sold a new HP 2605DN and what I recieved was a used one. I still cant get my money back from these guys.

The price of an HP printer I was buying changed while I was in check out, but CompuBiz was quick to honor the old price for me. Thank you.

My experience overall was very good. The product was clearly listed on their website. There was just enough information to make an informed decision. The best part was the price. For the HP printer that I ordered their price was the best that I could find on the net, about $30 cheaper than the big boys. Free shipping would of been nice but I guess that you cannot have both.

The ordering process was simple with no issues.

They do not have chat ability for customer service, which I recommend.

The product arrived exactly as I ordered with no issues to report.

This company commits fraud and lies to customer's everyday. They sale refurbished products and new. They clean them up and tell customer's they are brand new. I placed an order for an HP printer only to find out its refurbished. I wouldn't had known unless when I called HP they told me the product is refurbished and out of warranty. STAY AWAY FROM THESE CROOKS OR YOU WILL BE SORRY! THEY HAVE LOTS OF BAD REVIEWS ON OTHER SITES!

Their website is user-friendly. It is so easy to browse the items and they have the lowest prices ever.

Was better that any other web sight I have ordered from before. I will aways check here before I buy on the web again.

I am very satisfied with the whole process of ordering to receiving my printer. i have to give props as well with their security measures regarding fraudulent card charges, it makes customers feel more at ease when purchasing items over the Internet. Compubiz is a responsible merchant, its
not easy to prevent fraud charges but they make an effort to minimize the possibility and to protect their customers.

Compubiz is a great place to shop at. It was very easy to find what I wanted on their website. I found and bought what I wanted with no hassel. Aside from that I got the product on time. I definitely recommend compubiz to anyone.

I have called CompuBiz to check if they have a printer that was already discontinued. Unfortunately, they do not have it but a very helpful sales rep had recommended another model that had replaced the one I originally wanted. I took it and received it already. I am very happy with it. Thank you!

CompuBIZ is a scam website. First of all I purchased an HP scanner only to find out it was used when i first hooked it up. Had problems CompuBIZ would not help and after 2 days later I started getting all kinds of credit card charges from electronic stores. First time using this credit card and now I am a victem of identity theft. COMPUBIZ YOU GUYS ARE NOT GOOD DEALERS! I will write as many bad reviews about you as I can!

Smooth interface.  No nonsense.  Confident in security. Helped that I was referred in by consumer reports and price grabbers.  Looked like the best price for the product I ordered, too.  All in all, I was very satifsfied with the experience at CompuBiz USA and I would recommend the site to others who are looking for the cheapest price, lowest cost delivery terms, etc. etc.

Once again Im a satisfied customer. Not only did I not hassel with anything but the customer service was great. I had a question about how to install my printer and I called compubiz. They answered me, were very respectful and helpful. I recommend compubiz to anyone.

This has been my first experience to do on line shopping and it was more than a wonderful experience. I got a much better deal on my Garmin nuvi 350 than my friend did buying directly from the manufacturer! The website was easy to use, the order process was swift and I got my item faster that I expected it. Compubiz has excellent reviews that made me decide to buy from them.
