This was the best price for the cable I could find on the net and 1/4 the price of a retail outlet. It is excellent quality and and thier phone service was great. The only thing they need to ad is an email with the order confirmation and a tracking number. Calling them to check is slightly inconvenient.
But for the price beak on their cables, I will gladly make the call.

Their online catalog is lack-luster... it is lacking in detail (what brand and model was that USB hub I was thinking about buying?) and I had a lot of trouble finding what I was looking for (the inexpensive RJ45 crimper isn't in the "copper tools" section where it belongs). Their shopping cart twice "forgot" everything I'd put in it. It took them nearly a week to get my small order in the mail.
The price was right, they had everything I was looking for once I found it, but the shopping experience and delivery service was poor.

The website was fairly pleasant. The only problem I had was that some of the descriptions were confusing or incomplete. i.e., described a certain way in one place, but then a conflicting description in the shopping cart or as a photo caption. So I wasn't completely sure I was getting the correct thing. I took a chance, and luckily it turned out to be right!

I had a pre-sales question and they were prompt and very helpful in getting an answer. After placing the order, the item was temporarily out of stock and they called me immediately to inform me. Item was shipped perfectly and on time. Works perfectly. Excellent service! I would recommend them very very highly. I wish there were more businesses this good.

the cables do not work it seems the wires don't match both ends or the holesis too deep to get contact with the pins
