I ordered 2 costumes from this store who listed both in stock. One shipped very promptly and arrived in good condition. I tried to contact customer service 4 times about the product on hold. They had an answer machine taking calls that was full and unable to take my message. Email customer service was slow to respond. 5 days. Told me it was out of stock and they were refunding me. After the initial delay customer service began communicating very well. They were helpful and appolgetic about the stocking error.They have a great selection and price match policy. Shipping prices are avg. I recommend you order early to prevent delays.

I ordered my girlfriend a costume with three day expedited delivery. The costume would not have left the store had I not called them to complain. The costume sat in the warehouse for four whole business days. Needless to say, the costume was late. Although you might get a good deal on the prices, you are much better off ordering from somewhere reliable that will get your order to you on time. Shipping isn't cheap and it's a shame that this company is so unprofessional that they were almost impossible to get in touch with. Buyer Beware: if you actually want the costume, don't order it from Costumes4less.com because it will never come.
YOUR PRIVACY IS NOT PROTECTED! I just received an e-mail from Costumes4less that included the names and links to 2 OTHER customers in addition to my own. I was able to click on the other links and get access to the other customers profiles & accounts.

My order arrived quickly, the only good point. The product shipped was NOT the product shown on the website. The product was cheap and had intentional cuts on the front and buttock area making it impossible to wear in public without being indecent. The size was misrepresented. Repeated calls to customer services are met with a machine and endless numbers that don't work at all. A coupon code sent with my order was invalid. Amazingly I was stupid enough to consider using it for a replacement costume. But I came to my senses in minutes. Finally I sent a flaming email and I have yet to hear back about the experience.
Only after I had completed and paid, did I get a notice it is on hold as it is an international order. They wanted me to fax my credit card bill ! I emailed straight away and DAVE replied it would be shipped ASAP. That was about 5 days before it actually shipped! I had to email again to tell them to hurry up. The tracking said it was still in the warehouse.

It was excellent, they had a "huge" selection and the "best price" for this costume...
The order couldn't have gotten there any faster if they would have hand delivered it ( I think they secretly did!)

Everything was perfect except I never received a tracking number or an email telling me my order shipped. The morning I sent an email inquiry my order was delivered and I did receive a prompt reply to the email letting me know that it was an error and to expect my package that day. Read more

I did not receive the order I requested - I did not receive an email nor a phone call -- they indicated that there was an error in the address and the system would not accept it -- a simple call could have avoided this. Therefore, I was given back my money. Granted, I should not have waited til the last week to order, however, you do gaurantee overnight delivery if in stock. Thanks. Read more
The costume was not true to size...I lost my money on this item because of the "false advertisement" that this company made about the sizes of their costume. I ordered a large 8/10 and it didn't even fit my friend who is a size 2. When I called the number that was on that was on the receipt accompanied with my costume...it was out of service. I tried to contact them online by email and they would not allow me to return the costume because it was purchashed in the month of October which was never mentioned at all while I was purchasing the item, nor was it metioned on the receipt when I received it. I am currently in disputing this with my credit card company for the horrible service I received from Costumes4less.com. I will NEVER shop online with this company again and I will make sure to spread the word to people I know. Read more

Product has a basic manufacturing flaw and Costumes4less will not take it back because they have a no return policy during October. If I had known this I would never have bought anything from them. BUYER BEWARE. Read more

I ordered an indian costume in 2 sizes. When I ordered it, both sizes were available and the expected arrival date would be 2 days. On the day it was to arrive, I received an email from them saying both costumes were out of stock. They were polite enough & apologized and did ask what I wanted them to do, but since I only ordered two items from them and BOTH items were out of stock, I hesitate to order anything else from them.
