I recently purchased the Dormia Legend mattresses on the adjustable base and I am LOVING IT! My wife and I both sleep great everynight and especially love the adjustable base when we are watching TV at night! (The massage feature is fun too!) I would recommend one of these mattresses to anyone. Dormia advertises these healthy alternatives for people with back problems but you can certainly benefit from one of these even if you are in perfect health. i purchased a queen size replacement waterbed mattress along with the pillow top cover. the transaction was smooth and the saleslady "bonnie" was excellent. responsive to all my questions and even arranged next day shipping via fed ex. this was an added expense but well worth it. the mattress she recomended turned out to be perfect for me and the pillow top cover is excellent. It allows you to use regular/ fitted sheets and they actually stay in place.I had my last mattress for 15 years and this is a much better version. i would recommend dormia and offer the following sugestions dont be afraid to ask questions i must have spent at least 30 minutes with bonnie over a few phone calls.also if you are a first time buyer talk to your friends who have one go to their house see what its like look at the model listed on the tag and base your purchase on the model that is most comfortable.dont buy blindly ther is a difference between all the waterbed matresses

We had a great experience dealing with Dormia. We have 4 of their beds and everyone is happy with them. Our latest purchase is the king size adjustable and we love it. When first delivered, we had a minor problem and the company immediately came out and corrected it. This was the only problem we ever encountered with a Dormia bed and we were glad that it was corrected so easily, quickly and at no cost to us. The bed is incredibly comfortable and eliminated back problems I was having. The adjustable is great for reading and for watching TV - also when you have a cold, because you can elevate your head. I recommend Dormia wholeheartedly.

They shopping experience was great however the bed has still not been delivered and it’s been over 40 days since I placed my order. When I call the customer service number I get the run around...we will have to call you back, which they never do.
Now the story is that they do not have the correct "box" for shipping as they are all custom-made. I find this interesting since they manufacture standard size beds. They have no process to let the customer know when the bed may be delivered. The only thing that Dormia has done right is to take my money on day 1!

Now if they could only deliver my merchandise I would be a happy camper. This experience may be my last one. I get better customer service from Amazon….to bad they did not sell this product; I would have gone with them.

I recently purchased a memory foam mattress from the Dormia store in Danbury. I've had it about 2 weeks and I love it! They were running a great sale at the time, so it was an incredible bargain. I told the salesperson that I needed the mattress before October 1st and he told me that it would not be a problem (it wasn't). The delivery company could not have been nicer, and even took my old bed away for me (at no charge). My husband, who has a bad back, can actually sleep through the night! Overall, I had a great experience purchasing this bed, and I highly recommend Dormia.

I recently purchased a Dormia latex mattress from the Danbury store. I have a really bad back and needed something to relieve my pressure, and a friend of mine suggested I go to Dormia. I tried about 5 different mattresses and decided I liked the latex mattress the best. It seemed to give me the best back support. The salesperson at the store was very informative and promised me that I would get the new mattress in 7-10 days. I was actually amazed to get a call from the delivery company after only 4 days. Great service!! I love this bed! I finally look forward to going to sleep again!
