Perfect experience, A+++++++++

This is the first time that I bought a TV online and it was a PERFECT experience. The ebuyer website was easy to use and they sent me numerous emails updating me on the status of my shipment. Also, my TV arrived 5 DAYS EARLIER than they promised.
I had a question about a feature of my flat screen Sammy so I called the 800 number and their customer support was extremely helpful and polite.
I cannot wait to shop there again.
I recommend Ebuyer to everyone.

Ebuyer not only shipped a 97 pound laser printer to the wrong address, they refused refund the $72.71 shipping charge or help it get it shipped to the correct address, and offered me $20 credit for in "inconvenience!"

Bad Refund support. NEVER NEVER AGAIN

BAD BAD BAD Refund response. Denied my refund request for a product that would not perform because it was 1 day past 30 from the ship date even though I did not receive it for several days after the ship date. Talked nice on the phone but kept delaying a response until the CE "NO" got around to it. The supervisor was probably a BOBBLEhead like on the commercial.
I would never buy another product from them and will tell everyone I know that buys on line to avoid them.

I called their support line first to ask about the availability of the product and they were very quick and helpful. After purchasing the product online they are extremely quick to respond by email and their site is very easy to track the shipment progress of your package. I had a great experience with ebuyer. Friendly service and speedy devivery. I ordered sony headphones for $157 almost half other merchants. And no out of stock if you don't buy add ons like at starlight camera and others.

I was so happy to see their extremely low prices at first. I wasted half a day at ebuyer.com and thought I found good deals. I sent them price quotes since I wanted to buy in quantity. TO MY BIG SURPRISE, I HAVE TO PAY LITERALLY OVER $2,900 SHIPPING FOR AN ORDER OF $585. I then tried to order another item priced at $23.07 and the shipping cost to get the order was $10. Their prices are totally misleading. It's just a waste of time. Don't be fooled.

Best price and extremely fast delivery. I bought a Cannon Imageclass 320 copier on Friday, January 23 the approximate delivery date was the first week of February (I went for the cheapest delivery method) and received it on Tuesday January 27 in a snowstorm. I will definitely use Ebuyer again. As far as the copier, it was easy to set up and very light weight. It has been easy to use as well. This replaced a 10 year old Cannon that was a real workhorse in my home office. I will stay with Cannon for my workplace.

No problems. Ordered Sony battery over weekend, received item on Wednesday. Item is correct, new, and name brand (not no-name replacement). The only sites with better pricing had terrible reputations, so, price was good. I'd use them again.

I placed an order for my Zen Micro at 5:00 Monday afternoon. I paid the $5.00 difference for 2 day shipping. By 3:00 on Wednesday I had my Zen. It was well boxed and came in the original shrink-wrapped packaging (definitely brand new).
I've read several negative feedback comments regarding shipping, customer service, etc. However, my experience has been nothing but pleasant so far. I haven't had reason to use their customer service department yet, so I can't comment on that.
I would suggest that you write down your order confirmation number and print it out as well because the promised order confirmation e-mail never came (although since you've already registered your order information is stored in their system so this is really not a problem).
Ebuyer definitely had, and still has, the lowest overall price around. Just check out their site directly, the prices are actually lower than what you'll see on Shopping.com.
I would DEFINITELY buy from them again.

Have used this company for years and apart from the odd glitch always found their service acceptable. As of now I wouldn't recommend this company if it was the last company trading. Accepted my order, took payment, emailed me to say it was shipped. Emailed me a couple of hours later to say, whoops we couldn't fill your order, so we've canceled that order and created a new order for you, but you can cancel if you want?
After waiting 5 days for the items to be shipped this isn't what I expected from ebuyer, but sadly it now seems to be their norm from what I can see from other posts here and elsewhere?
Where did it all go wrong ebuyer, you used to be reliable?
I've now got to try and get the bits I ordered locally as they are needed for a job i'm doing.
Until Ebuyers sorts itself out, avoid like the plague.
Poor show all round from a company that should lead the way!

Overall shopping experience was good. Had a delay, but was not directly ebuyer's fault (credit lender). Order shipped and was received by date first posted on their site when order was placed. Contacting this company is mixed bag, at busy times, you will be automatically put on hold for times, but overall still acceptable.

good search tools, clear descriptions w/pictures to confirm product, reasonable prices, responded with email to confirm purchase and was easy to track shipment...what more could anyone ask for from a merchant?
