My experiences with Ebuyer have been great. I have purchased three things from them, and all have been received on or before the projected date they told me. They also have such reasonable prices that I will continue to use their services whenever possible.

I ordered a product. Like many people, my billing address and shipping address are different. My credit card is billed to our Post Office box, but Ebuyer only ships via UPS, and UPS doesn’t deliver to a Post Office box. Anyway, their website says that if you are shipping to any address other than your billing address, you have to contact them and advise.

I sent them the requested email and gave whatever information they wanted. I got my product very quickly, and there really wasn’t any problem. My only concern is having to take extra time to send emails because of shipping and billing address differences. On their website, it says they will only ship to your billing address, unless the shipping address is registered with the credit card company as a secondary address. It all seems confusing and stupid. I’ve purchased many things online, but never have I had a company what that type of policy.

I spent much time and effort researching the product I wished to purchase and send as a gift to my out-of-state in-laws, who are too elderly to shop for themselves. After going through the entire online process of registering, ordering, etc., I found that this seller WILL NOT ship to any address except that of the person placing the order.

What a ridiculous policy!

I ordered a Pioneer home theater system from this Ebuyer. Good price and no sales tax. The receiver was defective right out of the box. I find out after the fact that Ebuyer has no return policy on home theater systems and I'm stuck with it even though it's brand new and it's defective. I was told that I have to deal with the manufacturer for returns and of course, I can't return it, I have to get it repaired. It makes no sense to get a brand new item and have to get it repaired already. I would have been better off paying a little more and going to Best Buy.

LCD television arrived with defective on-off switch. Also, advertised by E-Buyer as being 17 inches (H) was actually 18+ inches and won't fit in area purchased for. E-Buyer refuses return of defective, mis-advertised product.

Just ordered from eBuyer for the first time and had a fantastic experience. I got a 5-disc Panasonic DVD player, model F87-Black for $115.52, which included tax and shipping. I ordered ground shipping, which was estimated to arrive on 1/4, but instead it is 12/23, and I just received my brand new player, one day after placing my order! The retail price of the player is $129.99, plus tax. I couldn't be more satisfied with this purchase.....great price, super fast delivery.

Ebuyer.com is great. They have good customer service. But what the really great feature is....They ship from all different warehouses in the U.S. I live in Chicago and they are in AZ I got my package the next day with ground shipping. I don't think you would receive your package unless it was back ordered in less then 2 or 3 days with ground shipping. On top of the shipping I had a billing ship-to address problem and the customer service cleared it up for me in a few minutes. Plus they have good prices.

Ordered a force feedback joystick at a VERY fair price. Received confirmation of shipping about a day and a half later. Told to expect delivery in 10 days, BUT THE ITEM ARRIVED the very next day! Checked to find out that the item was actually being drop shipped from my home town. A pleasant surprise just the same. Couldn't even find the item locally, due to the holidays. When I did find it, was much more money.

Had an extraordinarily good FIRST experience with this company. Prices were great for a peripheral I was buying and unbeatable for in-stock manufacturer accessories. My merchandise was received EIGHT DAYS before they predicted. I will go back again and hope my second experience is as satisfying. I am NOT an employee of this organization and AM a true veteran online purchaser for home and business.

They have an excellent web page, fast shipping and cheap prices. A good new computer hardware warehouse on the net.

The absolute worst online buying transaction for me. EBuyer claims to have products in stock, but took 4 days to dispatch my order from their shipping source. Poor return policy--20% restocking fee on returned items. And additionally fees for returned memory products. My order shipped through FedEx. It has been almost 2 weeks. FedEx can't seem to locate my package and Ebuyer is of no assistance. Poor communications problem with Ebuyer. You can use your Member Name to log in, but not to send an Enote regarding customer relations issues. No email address to contact them.

My first time buying on line and yes very successful after to speaking with the customer support staff helping me log in away i went and bought my new lap top and delivered on time as they said GREAT.

Easily found toner I was looking for (at the lowest price I could find). Ordering was easy and Ebuyer provided excellent communication via email on the status of my order. Order received when promised and in good condition. Very pleased.

I bought a 19 inch BenQ LCD monitor from Ebuyer.com. I ordered it on Monday and received it on Friday. They had some problems with my credit card info and noticed me right away to verify if. For this purchase the shipping was free and there were no tax; an added bonus!
