I ordered a Oakley Ryan Sheckler and received it 2 days later; Wow. I couldn't find it anywhere else in stock and they had it for a great price and quick shipping. Definitely a bombdeal! Will tell my friends about 'em.

Perfect sunglasses, I just love them! Took me a while to find their site; but I really think they have extremely low prices for most items that I checked for.
I was very pleased with the whole process from the beginning to the end.
I drove them crazy with my questions and queries but they answered promptly and efficiently
At the end I bought a style and brand that wasn’t even viewable yet but they sent me a link to their internal page of this new model
And delivery was also great they were delivered two days after I ordered. (Free shipping!)

Waited for over 20 days - then had to cancel order

I ordered a pair of Maui Jim sunglasses on 5/30. I e-mailed customer service on 6/11 inquiring about the status. I received a reply the same day stating that they were on backorder but should be shipped within a week. I inquired a second time about my order on 6/22, they had no answer and offered to cancel the order - which I accepted.
POSITIVE - The customer service was quick to respond.
NEGATIVE - I never got my sunglasses.

Website deceptive. No customer service. Delivery promised in 5 days, now 5 weeks late.

I ordered a pair of Oakley sunglasses on 12/3/08 as a Xmas gift. At the time of sale, the website did not indicate the product was backordered. After two emails to their customer service dept, I was told the product was on backorder but they would be sending it express shipping at no additional cost since it was getting close to Xmas. As of today, 1/10/2009 still no sunglasses or even notification of shipment. By the way, their website is still indicating the pair of glasses I ordered 38 days ago are in stock.
Delivery speed: indicated 5 days it's been over 5 weeks... a still waiting. Order accuracy: unknown, have not received a thing. Customer service: I was never contacted regarding the delay without having to ask where the glasses were. Overall satisfaction: Zero. Would never use again. PS: Their website only posts favorable reviews of themselves.

Never shipped my order after 2 weeks of waiting

I ordered a pair of sunglasses that showed they were in stock and after two full weeks they still had not even shipped. The customer service was prompt to respond to my inquiry, but they just kept telling me that the sunglasses would ship a certain date and then the date passed without them shipping.
I can't say how they are for contacts, but for sunglasses these guys are a joke.
